You flick your flashlight on and start to walk toward the bushes next to your house.
When you get there, the rustling stops. You shine your flashlight into the bushes and don't seem to see anything. . . until, with further inspection, there's a rabbit covered in blood. Or, at least you think it's a rabbit.
It looks like it's seen better days.
You realize you made a bad decision in walking over here, and turn around to go.
Before you can run inside, however, a creature starts to climb up out of the ground.
Its flesh is gray and slimy, and it's extremely bony. It's way taller than the average human, and its limbs are elongated and wiry. It's not of this world.
You start to panic and fall backward in your rush to leave. The creature towers over you.
Your flashlight tumbles out of your hand and a feeling of panic sets in, the world around you flickering into a dark place full of rot and vines.
The flesh of the Demogorgon's head unfolds like a flower, leaving a spike-covered red hole where its face should be.
It lunges toward you, and you try to scream but it seems nobody will hear you in this alternate dimension you've been transported to.
This can't be how it ends, you think, looking up at this monstrosity of a creature. You close your eyes, hoping your death will be quick.
