"What do you want to do, then?" Mike scowls at Lucas.
"Call the cops, like we should've done yesterday!" Lucas says.
"Lucas, we're not calling the cops," Mike argues.
The boys continue to argue, but you see a fire engine and. . .the police chief's car?
"Guys," you say.
"What?" Lucas turns to you, exasperated.
You point at the vehicles. "What's going on over there?"
"Will," Mike says. He looks scared.
"It's. . .it's not. . .couldn't be. . ." you trail off, worried. "It looks like they're going to the quarry!"
Everyone hops onto their bikes. Mike, Lucas, Dustin, and El start following the ambulances, but your attention is caught by the woods. There's still a rustling coming from the trees. It doesn't sound like a wild animal, whatever Mike might say.
You could try to figure out what the sounds are, leaving the party.
Or, you could go with the rest of the party and leave the woods alone.
