"Bunny can I wear this?" Kara asks as she walks out of my closet.
"Uh." I say as I turn around then I see my girlfriend holding up my two high school basketball jerseys. "Yeah sure."
"Sweet." Kara says. "Which one is our team wearing?"
"The dark blue." I say then Kara puts sets my Caribbean Green high school jersey down and puts on my Yale Blue high school jersey.
This afternoon my old high school, Pine Hill Academy, is having it's annual seniors v staff basketball game and I'm coaching the staff team.
"So what colors are these?" Kara asks.
"Pine Hill's colors are Caribbean Green, Yale Blue, and Wine." I say. "And our mascot is the Vipers."
"Wait I think we played your high school in Softball." Kara says as she finishes putting on my old high school jersey.
"Our schools may have been in the same division thingy." I say as I finish getting dressed.
Once Kara and I are dressed, we grab the things will need for today then we head downstairs to find Luna.
"Luna." Kara says. "Time to go sweetie."
A couple seconds later, Luna comes waltzing out of the living room with a smile.
"Have a nice nap with your teddy bear?" I question.
Luna woofs as I harness her up then Luna, Kara, and I head out to my car.
Once at my car, I help Luna into the car, shut her door as Kara gets in, then I get in the drivers seat, open the garage door, and back out of the garage and down my drive way.
When I get to the end of my driveway, I shut the garage door, wait for it to go down, then I drive to my old high school.
"Kendall's bitching about you beating her boyfriend and Phoenix in our sister group chat." Kara says after a few minutes of silence.
Last night, March 23, 2023, we played the Phoenix Suns and we kicked the shit out of them which means we clinched a spot in the NBA playoffs.
"Well her boyfriend played like ass so she needs to blame him." I say. "Wait they're back together?"
"Yeah." Kara says. "Apparently he's good in bed so Kendall keeps going back."
"I guess that's one reason to keep getting your heart broken." I mumble
"Yeah I wanna tell her to move on, but she never listens so what's the point." Kara says as we arrive at my old high school.
Once at my old high school, I drive around to the Gym then I park in one of the visitors parking spots.
After we're parked, Kara and I get out, I get Luna out, then I lock the car before we head inside the Gym.
When we get into the Gym, I cover Kara's ears
"COACH ARCHER." I shout. "I'M HERE."
"Wow." Kara says as I uncover her ears.
"Oops." I say then Kara, Luna, and I head onto the court.
"I see you're still Loud." Coach Archer says as he looks up from the scorers desk.
"Yep." I say with a smile as I look at the Head coach of the Pine Hill Academy Vipers boys basketball team.
