My nerves go cold at the sight of Cole standing with another girl. But mostly cole. This pig was going to get me into some deep shit and I would rather avoid all the trouble till after my date with Oliver.

Did I say date?

Crap I met friendly gathering.

What are you doing here?!?!!

My fingers type at lightening speed and before I realize it the message is sent. I look up and in the distance I see Cole completely ignore the message I just sent-- and continue flirting with the other girl. Pfft, that boy is really something

Annoyed, I start typing random letters and clicking send rapidly in order to get his attention.

I squint my eyes watching them like a hawk from the distance hunting its prey. The blonde excuses herself, my guess is to go to the bathroom. And after what seemed like a billion years, he finally reads my message.

What are you talking about?? I'm busy.

He responds promptly. I scoff at his words. I soar my eyes around and catch Oliver still on line waiting to take our order.

No you are not you butt! What are you doing?

I don't wait for him to respond, I turn and look back at Oliver and notice he's busy talking with someone on the line. So I march to where Cole was. Shock and amusement flashed through Cole's eyes when I stood in front of him.

I give him a stern look and pull him to the side where we're cornered by two walls. "What are you doing here with another girl?" I huff.

He exhales sharply running a hand through his hair, his blonde locks falling back in front of his forehead. "I'm here to watch a movie. Duh, sherlock."

"Your hilarious." I pause and take a closer look at him. "I thought you liked Ashley and wanted to get her back, what's this?" I ask him. He rolls his eyes and presses his back against the wall as he lifts his foot and plants it on the wall for support.

"I do. This is just for fun, she doesn't even go to our school so she doesn't know you or Ashley." He responds nonchalantly shrugging his shoulders.

"For fun?" I repeat. "You're an ass you know that?"

How can playing with someones emotions be fun? I know I shouldn't be getting worked up about this because we aren't really dating, but what if he really was in a relationship? Is this what Ashley was talking about? Then again I never really knew why they broke up in the first place. I hated people who cheated. Ever since my mom left she left a scar on me that couldn't be removed. I couldn't forgive easily, especially people like her who would leave her own children for some guy. People who lie and sneak behind your back. The ones who never cared about you the slightest to even consider your feelings. And then leave without a word or goodbye.

"Hey, Yvette you alright?" Cole is now in front of me both hands on my shoulders shaking me softly snapping me out of my thoughts. "You spaced off. Are you sick?" He asks concern and worry evident on his face.

"I'm fine." I reply taking a step back his hands swiftly falling off my shoulders and onto his sides. "Look, just try to stay out of sight. Oliver can't know that you're here, especially with a female."
