Thunder crackles across the sky as you stood outside The Dark Forest.

"This must be The Dark Forest." Puss said. You walked toward the entrance of the forest. It was a black liquad looking wall with triangles of color flashing on it. Puss stuck his stick in the wall with his half his arm following. When he pulled it out, his arm was missing along with the stick. "Oh, my God!" he screamed. "It's gone!" Kitty said in amazment. His arm suddenly reappeared along with the stick.

"It's back! Ay, qué miedo." she added. Puss chuckled. "Nothing to worry about. We step through as one." he said. Perrito lined up by the wall. "Ready? One, two, after you..." Puss said, pushing Perrito's body in. "Wait, what?" Perrito asked, before being yeet in.

A echoing scream following. "Perro!" you yelled, running into the black sludge. A wisp of colors swirled around as you opened you eyes. It was the most beautiful place ever seen. Pink Trees surrounded minty colored grass. Flowers bloomed everywhere.

(Picture above)

You heard Puss and Kitty yell. As you turned around to see Puss yelling on the ground, his eyes closed. Kitty shook her head when he finally opened his eyes.

"Woah." Puss said

"Wow." Perrito cooed.

"For a Dark Forest this place is pretty colorful." Kitty remarked. "I wish I had my quinceañera here." she added. You nodded in agreement. "The wishing star has to be here, somewhere." Puss said, "Kitty, may I please see the map." he asked. "No." Kitty deadpanned.

"Seriously! You won't let me hold it for even one minute?" he yelled, pointing his finger. "Nope, not even for one second." she said, her finger pushing back his. Cat love, you gotta love it. "Come on, Kitty, you've got to trust me" he said pulling of his hat. His eyes were the biggest you'd seen them, they were like puppy eyes but...cat eyes. "Wait. What--what's-- what's going on with his eyes?" Perrito asked. "Ooh, they're getting bigger. Ooh, Kitty! You gotta trust him. Look at those eyes." Perrito said.

"Really, you call that cute?" Kitty asked, blinking with the same big anime eyes. "Oh, look at her!" Perrito gasped. "Those eyes are even bigger than yours. Do whatever she wants, Puss." he added. Puss puffed up his beard. "Ooh, so poofy!" Perrito cooed. Kitty started kneading her paws as they got closer. "Ooh, and with the paws. No, with the hat?!" Perrito said, having a cuteness overload. "It's all so cute! Cuteness overload!" Perrito moaned, fainting. Puss and Kitty looked at him. "Can we look at the map now?" Puss asked.

You rolled Perrito onto his side as they set the map down. Golden word appeared on the map. "Follow this enchanted chart, it knows you path, and knows yours heart." Kitty read. Perrito stood up as Puss looked at the map. You stared closer and realized it was you and them. "Is that us?" Puss asked, touching the symbol. His eyes lit up with colors as stars formed in them. The pretty scenery dissapeared as fire and lava took place around us. Puss's jaw dropped to the ground as he finally looked at the map.

"It says we must go through the Valley of Incineration, over Undertaker Ridge, and through the Cave of Lost Souls? Really?" Puss exclaimed before Kitty pushed him. "Let me take a look." she said, touching it. The valley quickly turned into a swamp. "What? Swamp of Infinite Sorrows? Mountains of Misery? The Abyss of Eternal Loneliness? There's something wrong with this map." Kitty said. "I guess there is a different terrible path for everyone." Puss said. "Let me try." you said. You touched the symbol.

A forest appeared in front of you as you looked at the map. It was dark, and eyes circled you through the canopy of trees. "Huh, a forest doesn't seem so bad." Kitty added. You hummed. A sickening howl sliced through the tree's as you and Puss shuddered. "It says we must go through The Forest of Fear, Grasslands of Guilt, and Canyon of Catastrophe." you finished. "It's almost like the forest doesn't want anyone to make a wish." Kitty said. "Well, I don't even have a wish. But can I try?" Perrito said, touching the map. Flowers appeared around you and trees covered the fields. Your mouth dropped in disbelief.

"Ooh, mine says we skip through the Pocket full O' Posies..." Perrito said. "What?" Puss, Kitty, and you said simultaneously. "Then drift down The River of Relaxation, that sound fun!" he smiled. "No fair, why does he get the good one?" Kitty asked. "Wander the Fields of Quick and Easy Solution and arrive at the star! Oh, wow! That sounds wonderful! Oh, but no. This is you quest. I don't wanna impose." he answered.

Puss and Kitty shoved him forward. "You hold the map." they answered. Perrito gasped, "Really?". Kitty pulled out her dagger. "But don't you cross me. Or your name will be Perro Muerto." she hissed. Perrito smiled, "Okeydokey!" he said happily.

Suddenly the map glittered as another figure appeared on the map. Your face went pale. "Wait, is that..." Puss trailed off. You turned around to see Goldi & The Bears falling from the sky. "It's raining bears. Time to go!" he said. Perrito picked up the map as you and Kitty started running. "Just like old times, eh Kitty?" you teased. She smiled. "Like old times!" she laughed. Your leg was still sore but you kept running. The Bears would be there soon.
