Adrien POV
"Once again, our heroes Ladybug and Spider-X have saved the day from the akuma. However, we have yet to see Chat Noir. Our black clad hero hasn't been seen ever since the events of Black Widow-."
I switched off the T.V. and sighed heavily.
It's been a month and two weeks ever since the fall of Black Widow and Lila's exclusion from school grounds. Damocles lost his job and had his teaching license revoked from him. I haven't heard from him ever since, not that I care.
It irritates me to no end that Spider-X, the menace from New York as Jonah Jameson once called him, has drawn closer to Ladybug. It was bad enough that he was seen making out with Marinette, who did it just out of spite for me because of my relationship with Lila. And now, he's stolen Ladybug from me.
"I don't know what Ladybug sees in a bug like him. I mean, what's so special about him?" I muttered.
"Well, he's a former member of The Web Warriors, he helped defeat Kingpin, he's saved New York a few times, he's saved Paris a few times and he saw through Lila's deception, unlike you." Plagg replied bitterly.
I sighed and waved him off as I lay on my bed. I looked up at the posters of Ladybug and shook my head.
"If I can't have Ladybug, then I'll just get Marinette to fall for me. I know she's using Shayne just to make me jealous." I said.
"Doubt it." Plagg said as he downed his cheese.
