You were already lying on the couch and Levi on his table. You cover your face in halfway with blanket as you were trying to take a peek on him.

You wonder what it is something that bothering you when you look at him. You keep thinking on what happened in the kitchen back then and its troubling you.

You look at him as he’s focus was on the documents, a very dedicated man.

When you first met him, you were honest in saying he was really fine and his austere manner suited him. You liked him since then, you even offered to be his wife.

You utterly cover your face with blanket, regretting to remember your proposal, feeling embarrassed.

You tighten your grip on the blanket as you shake your head trying to wash this memory from your head.

What the hell is wrong with me? Why I’m getting embarrass all of sudden?

You took a deep breath composing yourself before slowly lowering the blanket under your eyes and glancing back at him. You stare at him one more time, wandering it on his face and stares landed on his thin lips.

Your heart races as you recall the most embarrassing thing you ever did and regret doing it. You kissed before like it was nothing, but now is finally troubling you.

What in the world crossed my head when I kissed him?

He noticed your fixed focus on him and looked up to see you. You flinch and immediately hide yourself beneath the blanket.

Hearing his voice, inquiring, “Is there something wrong?” further startling you to which you replied instantly with shaking your head, “N-Nothing.”

Levi looked at you for a while before sighing and back to his work. You completely close your eyes wanting to sleep and forget everything, but failing when your heart pumping very hard.

You wonder why you’re acting this way, and it happens so suddenly, you’re failing to understand yourself. You control your breathing trying to relax your mind.

He heard him stood up and walked with his cup of tea in hand towards the window. “So you’re really interested in me.” You immediately sat down from lying after hearing him say it.

You wanted to deny it, but you suddenly remembered how you had complimented him back then, expressing interest and praising his good looks.

But denial wouldn’t help. He took a sip on his tea and walk towards you while saying, “I don’t know why, but I want you right now.”

As you stared at him, your brows furrowed. He took a seat next to you and set the cup on the round table. When he’s near and this close to you, you felt something unusual you couldn’t explain.

He stares at you for a while before tucking a small strand of your hair behind your ear. You were stiffened on your seat when he suddenly cupped your face with his bare hand. You were left startled with his touch. His gaze were different.

He lean in closer, but then stops when his lips are an inch apart from your lips, whisper, asking permission, “Can I?”

You now understand what he meant by ‘want’, and you felt nervous thinking if your thoughts were right.

You didn’t respond and only remain in silent. You’re unsure of what to say or how to respond to his unexpected actions.

He was close, very close that you can feel his breath in your skin, his touch is warm and his stares... You don't know why he's being like this.

When he didn’t hear back from you, he drew back and grabbed his tea. His final words before leaving the room were, “Sleep now, it’s becoming late.”

You stare at the door as he shut it close and consider whether you might have angered him. You bit your lower lip and look down with the intense nervousness you were feeling.

You're watching your hands as it lightly shakes uncontrollably. "W-What was that?"

You open your eyes wide open, and cry out in pain. “Fuck!” You groaned loudly. As you carefully stood up, you rubbed the pain in your back. “Damn, it hurts.”

You sat down on the couch, yawning. Have I fallen off the couch? It was a bad fall.

You got up and started getting ready for bath when you had recovered. As expected Levi was not at his desk, wondering where he had gone. Seeing the sun already set on the sky, you awoke very late.

Your cheeks seemed warm after recalling last night. “Fuck, I should have forgotten it.”  You were about to leave for bath when papers on his desk flew all over the room because of the wind.

You walk towards the open window and close it, then lazily collected all the papers to the floor blaming Levi for leaving the window open as it tiring you from picking them up.

You sigh as you place them back on the desk, you wonder if this is new file of work. You were about to turn around when the half-opened drawer caught your attention.

You furrowed your brows looking at it. Your brow raises as you cautiously open it to reveal the scout badges inside. You took one piece and stare on it.

It looks like it was torn from a uniform. You put it back on the drawer and close it. There were so many that it seemed like he was collecting them, but you question why he was doing it.

You arrived at the dining area but what you saw in his drawer did confuse you. You look around the place but you failed to see Levi.

“You did wake very late, it was already lunch time,” you heard Sasha said while munching her food. You only shrugged your shoulder and began to eat.

You were about to ask on where Levi is when someone sat down next to you. You turn to face that person.

Your heart jumped seeing him. You averted your gaze right away, cursing as you didn’t expect that this is how your heart to react seeing him again.

“Are you having trouble in sleeping, you did woke up very late this time,” he said. You didn’t look at him and you replied stuttered, “I-I’m not, I’m just…having a good sleep,” you reasoned.

He nodded after hearing your response. You went into silent but the surrounding was loud especially Sasha, Connie, and Jean, always loud during meal.

While eating your food, you’re trying to look at him and urging to ask the scout’s badges on his table. You are quiet intrigued by it.

“Levi…” finally, you muttered looking at him, and he hummed in response still his attention on his food.

“I didn’t mean to sneak on your things but I happened to see the inside of your drawer with plenty of scout’s badges. What’s that about?” You look at him, gulping when he pause.

He looks at your way, wearing his straight face. You shiver meeting his dark eyes, you don’t know but it felt like you did mistake on asking him.

“It’s nothing, don’t let it bother you,” he whispered, and continued his eating.

You didn’t bother him about it again until you finish your lunch even it really keeps you in wonder.

You headed outside to the field wanting to feel the fresh air after lunch. Even he say don’t let it bother you, but it already does before he say so.

I think those things are precious to him.
