You were only standing in place. Despite not knowing where you are, the place was very beautiful.
You were surrounded by thousands or maybe millions of different kind of flowers, and a warm, comforting wind breeze touched your skin.
Where am I?
You began to walk through the enormous field of flowers. You did remember dying in your father’s arm so you wonder if this is heaven.
“Y/N.” You flinch hearing this familiar voice. You turned to faced that person and your eyes grew wider, “Ethan!”
You run towards him but without hesitation. As you reached him for an embrace, your tears run down your cheeks.
You cried saying, “I’m so sorry, I couldn’t protect you, and you died because of me.” He looks at you and smile wiping your tears away with his thumb.
“No, don’t apologize. I am glad that I was able to protect you, and that you were there with me until my last breath. Everything must be agonizing but you did amazing sister.”
His gaze shifted to the person behind you. “She’s here.” You were confused and turn around to see who might be that person he’s referring to.
You were astonished even your mouth parted after seeing this beautiful woman wearing a lovely white dress, smiling at you with open arms.
Tears steams continuously as you cried calling her name after such a very long time, “Mother.” You run towards her, and clasp your arms around her. You hug her very tightly longing to be in her embrace again.
“I missed you so much, mother.” She smiles, as she brush your hair through her fingers. “I missed you too my dear,” she warmly said.
Finally, you were reunited with your mother again. You pull away to face her. She was wearing her warm smile that you were longing to see.
You lost her when you were just a kid, and she’s very ill, when her skin was pale, when she was thin, bags under her eyes, and when she was suffering, but here, in this beautiful place, she looks very gorgeous and healthy.
“Finally, we will be together, forever,” you said smiling at her. She wipes your tears away as she replied, “We will, but not yet, there’s still someone who’s waiting for you.”
You were confused looking at her. She took a step back, releasing you. You don’t understand what she truly meant. “I’m dead, I’ll be happy staying here with you.”
She still was wearing her smile as she softly shakes her head. “You need to go, he is waiting for you.” Those were the last word she said before both your mother and little brother walks away from you.
You tried to run towards them but it seems like you can’t, it was like you’re running but not moving to where you are standing. You couldn’t reach for them.
You called their name, but only left you in confuse as you can’t hear you own voice. You’re wondering what is going on, then suddenly the surrounding turns white.
What’s happening?
You keep turning around but you can’t see anything. Not long after it turns black. You felt pain all around your body, it was aching pretty badly. Slowly, your eyes open.
At first, it’s difficult to see your surroundings properly, but after adjusting your vision, you can now tell where you are. It is the room where you were confined back then. You were in the infirmary.
You raised both your arms and noticed that it was bandaged. “So I’m alive,” you murmured as you took a deep breath.
“You sound like you regretted waking up.” You flinches almost jump out from the bed, after hearing his voice. Even your body is aching you didn’t mind it after seeing him.
