Poem 20 - Exams

I wrote this instead of revising for a Chemistry test. truly wasn't the right choice to make.

You've been buried under books and notes,
With information crammed in every space,
The pressure mounts, the stress it chokes,
As exams loom closer with a menacing face.

Your mind is restless, your heart is racing,
With every hour, the stress remains,
The fear of failing, the fear of facing,
The consequences of not using your brains.

But listen, dear student, you have what it takes,
You've studied hard and learned a lot,
You will ace this test and make no mistakes,
And show them all what you have got.

So breathe in deeply and exhale slowly,
Trust in yourself and banish all worry,
For you are smart and talented surely,
And success will come to you in a hurry.

So go ahead and take the exam with confidence,
And leave behind the stress and its influence,
For you are meant for greatness and excellence,
And your hard work will pay off with benevolence.
