3rd Person POV:

Last Time:

"He is powerful. And that anger, the hate, that darkness," The figure shuddered in excitement, "It is intoxicating. He will be my right hand man, if not my greatest opponenet."

"Percy Jackson!" The man roared, "You are the one. You are my fate, the fate of Beldra the Unknown!"

And with that he disappeared into the darkness of the night.

He didn't know why, He didn't know how but Percy knew that his life will take a different course.

And for a funny reason, he was fine with it, in fact it excited him. It excited him so much he let out a laugh making Aiden stare at him in worry.

"Let's ride fate!"

Now:

Somewhere in the forests of America, the sun shone down on a house in the trees. It was crafted skillfully to be hidden and camouflaged on top of the trees. The house was currently being used as a hideout for two people.

"So Percy care to explain that blood control thing you did with the mage?" Aiden asked Percy, who was lying down on the bed.

It had been three days since the duo had taken down the mage. When they arrived at their hideout, Percy immediately fell unconscious. With the little energy Aiden had left, he carried Percy and placed him on the bed as he himself fell into his own bed. When Aiden woke up, he realized he and Percy had been unconscious for three days straight. A few hours later Percy woke up but he still didn't have enough strength to move around. The two conversed recent events.

"Well it's... complicated." Percy answered Aiden. Aiden raised an eyebrow and asked, "complicated how?"

"What I did, The Blood Art Manipulation, it's something I always knew yet also didn't know."

Aiden blinked once, twice and groaned, "Okay that is complicated. How can you not know something at the same time know it?"

Percy sighed and spoke, "Honestly I don't know. There is no analogy to explain it. It's like I always knew about it since I was born but yet still had no knowledge about it existence."

Aiden looked lost at the explanation as Percy laughed and continued, "Think of it as something that is part of my very being. that I didn't know. It's more like a part of my powers that I knew existed but have never used before, a part of my powers that I didn't know what it does or what it is used for."

"Tartarus", Aiden flinched at the mention of the place, "When Annabeth and I were stuck down there we met a goddess called Akhlys. She is the goddess of misery and poison. Annabeth and I needed the death mist to disguise ourselves and the goddess was the only one capable of helping us." Percy took a deep breath and let it out, "She tricked us. She said only the dead can use the death mist. S-she tortured us. The bitch poisoned us slowly and she made Annabeth feel the most pain." Aiden could see that Percy was gradually getting angry. Their rumbling hideout was a dead giveaway that the dude was pissed. But he still continued, "It made me angry and I snapped. For the first time in my entire damned life, I used those powers. It was then I acknowledged it's existence. I knew nothing of them but when I unintentionally wandered into that area of my being, I felt power, dark power, it was soo dark and full of malice. I couldn't fanthom how such a power existed in me. With that power, I wrenched the control of the poison from her grasp and began to suffocate her with it. I forced it down her throat and listened to her scream." Percy chuckled darkly, "It was music to my ears. I wanted her, the goddesss of misery, to feel the worst pain possible. Annabeth, she calmed me down and Akhlys gave us the death mist. The bitch ran with her tail between her legs"
