"Alright, campers! Today, we'll - uh, at least try to - plan how to defend this fortress without using too much energy. And this is important because you actually don't have ANY knowledge about armies and soldiers and stuff like that!"

Kronos shouted at the campers who had gathered in the second floor's Mess Hall. Such a dramatic entrance. I rolled my eyes at his frustration about campers knowing nothing about armies. Of course, we demigods don't actually work with armies - we say "GO" and the campers do their best in any ways they can. We are not Romans, that's the reason.

Thinking about Greeks and Romans made me recall something about the Second Giant War. I didn't know that there has been a war between two races of immortals, since I never knew that I was a demigod until recently, but this guy named Leo Valdez told me. And knowing it was also in the recent time.

So how did Kronos knew it, when he was in Tartarus - that place's scary - and teleported to Elysium? He just couldn't have a messanger... I tried to talk about it to my boyfriend, but he just tried to ignore the topic at the first turn. That's the reason I stopped forcing him talk about it. I'll just leave it as a mystery until he wants to talk about that particular war with me. That'll be much better than pressing him to spill the beans.

I looked at Kronos, who was returning my look, wanting something expectantly.

"Sorry, what did you say?" I asked, making him frown a little, then opening his mouth to speak.

"I was just asking you if you had any ideas about how to defend this place...?"

"Oh," I looked at the food that was in front of me, and then glanced back at the other campers.

I shrugged. "I really have no idea. Sorry."

"Ummm..." He looked like he had no other words to say next. "O-kay," he muttered hesitantly.

He ran his hand through his blonde hair. "Now I don't know what to say," he whispered in my ear. "I feel so idiotic to address someone and have nothing to say."

"Yeah, I'm so sorry," I murmured. "But there was nothing I could say. I really need to study some more."

"But you have dyslexia," he muttered.

I glared at him, and he just cooly returned his infamous grin to me.

"What?" He asked innocently, golden eyes glittering bright.

"I have no idea why you were my boyfriend all this time," I muttered under my breath.

He looked at me blankly. "Oh, right, you were my girlfriend all this time!"

"Kronos-"

"I forgot it, too," he said in a singsong voice.

I rolled my eyes at him, and suddenly realized that everything grew quiet around us. I was quite afraid to glance a look towards them. My feeling? I was embarrassed.

When a malicious gleam in Kronos' eyes told me to look around me, I did - like he wanted - and got red. Hundreds of eyes were focused on us. Or me. Kronos snickered behind me.

"I didn't do that, the campers did it," he whispered, trying to stop his laughter but failing. Then I felt him shuffling around, and he finally stood up.

"Catch me if you can, Jamie," he smiled evilly and said. With a flick of his hand, he showed his divine form before teleporting himself to somewhere. I was lucky to hide my eyes on time.

"Seems like I should find him on foot," I muttered before moving to the doors.
