"Gouge away

You can gouge away

Stay all day, if you want to"

(song: Gouge Away by Pixies)

Bite bite.

Bite bite bite, bite.

Bite, bite—"Oh my god, will you stop biting me?" Jisung groaned, squirming himself out of Minho's hold to rub the wetness off of his cheeks with his sleeve. "Out of all of the ways you've decided to wake me up, this one is by far the worst."

"Sorry. I can't help myself. They're just so soft and squishy." Minho smiled, leaning in for another bite but Jisung covered Minho's mouth with his hand.

"Stop trying to eat me, you weirdo!" Jisung yelped, blushing and throwing the covers off of himself to hop out of bed. Minho just laughed, getting out of bed himself. They both readied themselves, meeting in the main room, Minho fixing a feather peeking out from Jisung's hoodie and leaving to go to the university.

When they made it, Soyeon tried to grab some alone time with Jisung on multiple occasions, thankfully, not once succeeding. About on the half way point in the day, both Jisung and Minho noticed Soyeon suddenly stopped trying her chances, and just disappeared overall, not showing up to any of her classes. Naturally, this concerned the two, mutually deciding that something was definitely wrong.

At the end of the day, Jisung waited by the front door of the university, this time outside. Minho was a bit late to show, and the students by this time had already start to fizzle out until it was just Jisung. He looked around carefully, before deciding to walk down the side of the school in boredom, ending up near an unused parking lot. But as he waited and waited, Minho still didn't show.

"Waiting for your little guy friend, hm?" A cold voice spoke from behind Jisung, making him jump and turn to the source of the sound. He scanned her and immediately noticed she was carrying a baseball bat. Uhh, that can't be good.. Jisung gulped as he thought to himself. She stepped closer, and that's when Jisung realized that it was too late to run away.

"You know, Ji, you've been making this really hard for me lately. Always sticking with that boy-toy roommate of yours. Can't ever find good one-on-one time with you. But you're here now, isn't that just perfect?" She smiled, swinging her baseball bat up to her other hand. She readjusted her grip on it, not giving Jisung any time to respond as she brought it back behind her head and swung it around at full force, whacking Jisung on the back of his head, and at that moment, all Jisung could feel was a sharp pain, and all he could see was his world quickly spinning and fading black.

🌙

Jisung groaned, feeling the warmth of a bright light blaring down on him, contrasting the coldness he felt throughout his whole body as he was laid against the floor. Blinking, he brought a hand up to rub his head but as he did so he heard the sound of metal scraping against the cold floor, his hand feeling oddly heavy. Only that's when he noticed that his hand was chained down to something. He raised his head off of the ground, observing his surroundings, and what he saw shocked him. His other arm, unsurprisingly, was chained up too, as well as his feet. He was wearing nothing but a pair of boxers that he could've sworn wasn't his. He stared down at the floor, noticing patches of both old and recent blood stains scattered around the floor and on the walls. He also noticed burn marks on the corners of the walls. But besides that, the place seemed to be in good condition, almost unrecognizable. He remembered that it burned down. Why was it back? Was this even the same place?
