"Shit! Kento, you were supposed to put your phone on silent!"

Minho groaned softly, opening his eyes at the whispering and noises he heard across the room. He raised his head, rubbing his eyes, before finally opening them and staring in shock at his own parents frozen in place and staring back at him with guilty faces.

"Mom? Dad? What the hell are you doing?" He sighed sleepily, feeling Jisung start to stir behind him. Jisung raised his head too, opening his eyes but closed them again in the bright light.

"Hyung, go back to sleep, 'm tired." Jisung whined, burying his head into Minho's neck again, who blushed furiously given the situation. Minho's dad raised the phone slightly, snapping another picture 'secretly' even though Minho both saw his hand movements and heard the noise of the camera. He groaned again, pushing Jisung's wing off of him. The boy opened his eyes confusedly and they finally landed on Minho's parents and within a second he was already sat up, bunching the sheets with his hands in embarrassment.

"We just thought you two looked cute. Anyways, we'll be downstairs. Breakfast will be ready in a few." Minho's mom finally answered the question as she smirked, pulling her husband with her out of the room and closing the door behind him. Jisung gulped, looking at Minho who, if anything, just seemed annoyed.

"I knew I should've locked the door." He huffed, standing up from the bed and properly stretching. He walked to the bathroom, grabbing his toothbrush and expecting Jisung to do the same. He stood up and followed after him. "So, I know you don't like birds, but is there any chance you might be willing to meet mine?" Minho said, mouth full of toothpaste fluff so his words came out muffled and hard to make out. Oh, right. Jisung thought. I forgot he mentioned that once.

"Yeah, sure. I guess it couldn't hurt." Jisung said, grabbing his toothbrush too and starting to brush.

"Great. Let's go after breakfast."

So after they were done eating a delicious breakfast of pancakes and bacon, Minho tore a piece off of the extra pile of pancakes and dragged Jisung with him down a hallway and to another room with big windows where a large bird cage sat on top of a small storage counter in front of one of the windows. The bird inside of it consisted of all of the bright colors of a mango: red, orange, yellow, and green. The creature squawked when he saw the two approach him and started to bob his head.

"Hi, Mango!" Oh, figures. "Did you miss me?" Minho smiled, opening the door to the cage and taking the chirping bird out, letting him stand on his thumb, turning to Jisung who was frozen.

"Jisung, this is Mango. He's really sweet, I promise." Minho sat down on the floor with Mango, taking a small piece of the pancake in his other hand and handed it to Mango who took it with his beak and put it in his claw, chirping in gratitude, then started eating away at it, dropping several crumbs on the floor in the process and making a big mess. Jisung sat down next to Minho, awkwardly playing with his rings. Minho held out his hand with Mango on it to Jisung, Jisung hesitantly holding his hand up too for Mango to transfer onto it once he finished the pancake piece.

"Wanna give him some of this pancake?" Minho offered, trying to get Jisung to relax a little. Jisung nodded, taking the pancake piece and handed it to Mango who grabbed it without a second thought. Jisung smiled a little bit at how the bird held the snack in his little hand like a human.

"Oh, I have a good idea." Minho smirked, Jisung feeling his stomach drop because he already knew what was about to be said. "Wouldn't it be cool if you shifted and met Mango that way? He probably needs new friends, he has no social life."
