"how many times I have to tell you not to threaten other reapers"

Kim Chae-Yeong were reading over some report on her tablet when suddenly something happened. She raised an eyebrow as she cast a gaze up at the flickering lights. Then a noise from the tablet made her glance back down. A much deeper frown making its appearance on the reaper's forehead.

The report from the tablet disappeared and instead it showed countless of errors. Then, she heard the alarm.

Kim Chae-Yeong closed her eyes and sighed. Her head slowly fell on the desk, her forehead against the surface.

"Someone jinxed it." She mumbled.

Chae-Yeong had to be honest, it was suspicious that things in Jumadeong went quietly these past few days. However, she refrained from saying it aloud since whenever someone claims that something has been silent for a while, bad things always follow. Chae-Yeong was therefore absolutely certain that someone had said exactly such before this occurred.

"After we downloaded some graphics from the Land of the Living, the entire company was infected with a virus."

Kim Chae-Yeong was standing beside one of the reapers from the Tech Team. The reaper was showing Chae-Yeong something on her computer screen yet none of it made sense to her. She just wanted to know for how long this will last.

"We're still trying to identify it-"

"When will it be fixed?"

The reaper heard the clear annoyance in the assistant's voice. She tried to say something but being afraid of the woman, she couldn't get anything past her lips. Chae-Yeong then got a call.

Once more looking at the reaper behind the computer screen, Chae-Yeong walked aside and answered the call. The Jade Emperor's voice echoed through the speaker.

"Ms. Kim, have you managed to find out the problem of this sudden misfortune." Chae-Yeong sighed, she looked back at the computers in the room before answering.

"Apparently, the company got infected with some kind of virus when they tried to download some graphics from the Land of the Living." She swayed her head. "We should really put more effort into monitoring what the Tech Team are doing."

"Well then once this problem will be solved, that's going to be your job."

Idiot.

Chae-Yeong closed her eyes, her grip on the phone tightening.
