a crowd had gathered in the play area

that's what tokoyami decided to call it as what was going on was precisely like children throwing a tantrum

two headstrong students, one student with a sludge quirk had accidentally gotten in contact with a diamond-projecting quirk

and unfortunately, it seemed those two were very hot-headed

the debate of "accept the apology and I'll wash it" and/or "buy me a new thousand-pound shirt" was going back and forth that people had started putting bets

it was ruining the peace and overall too noisy

and no one seemed to be getting involved to try and stop it

"Looks like it's getting physical" Darkshadow whispered as when they were in their smallest form, she hated violence

"Indeed, seems we may need to get involved before this gets ugly than already is" Tokoyami conquered as he jumped down from his branch and to where a crowd was forming around the two

the two were ready to exchange quirks in battle before they saw a massive shadowy claw block their view from one another

instead bringing their attention towards the annoyed-looking raven

"Can you two act like heroes in training and act civil to one another?" Tokoyami asked rhetorically with crossed arms

the sludge student did the sensible thing and listen to the ravens reasoning

but this seemed to make the other student even angrier, and directed that fury towards his new target, marching towards him as Tokoyami stood his ground

"don't get involved and get lost you disgusting deformatory!" the diamond boy screamed in tokoyami's face

Tokoyami had been called many things from bird jokes to being a parasite

but this..........

The crowd's voices became silent as they watched in shock appal

The student looked around to see these faces, and even then didn't give in

"You heard me! IT is the reason why people made cages! nature needs to stop before we see more shit like this" The student laughed as he shoved tokoyami back, causing him to fall back and graze the back of his head on a tree

more gasps filled the room

"filth like you should stay where you belong, far away from anyone's eyesight" the student whispered just before a blurry figure pushed the student away, tackling him down where Tokoyami was still looking in complete silence

Darkshadow had tried taking form but the student merely used their diamonds to reflect the sunlight and cause the raven to feel weaker than he already did

He was too exposed

further shouting could be heard but Tokoyamis head started feeling heavy

he was just referred to as a..no...no....he was referred to as nothing

he felt his body being lifted from the ground as the shouting slowly became more focused

"Are you ok tokoyami?" The raven heard voice of Kirishima ask in deep concern, shielding him from the view of the student and placing reassuring hands on his arms

Tokoyami nodded as if on instinct, regardless if it made him feel dizzy

"How dare you! being mutant-phobic is unacceptable! Especially for a hero in training!" The voice of Iida practically screamed
