Tuesday"You skipped school just to fuck me?" Donghyuck purred, pulling away from Mark's lips. A string of thick saliva still connected them- which was both kinda hot and kinda gross.
Mark nodded and bit his lip. "I... don't put it like that, Hyuck." He whined pathetically as Donghyuck kissed his neck. "I said I was hungry, that doesn't necessarily mean I wanted to do... this."
"Mark Lee, I'm not stupid. You're just like Renjun, I'm surprised you haven't figured it out yet." Donghyuck rolled his eyes and stopped kissing Mark, narrowing his eyes. "You're hungry. This is me feeding you, isn't it?" He asked, though it seemed like he already knew the answer.
Mark backed up and laughed nervously. "Uh, no? I meant like, food. You know, hunger? Like, a cheeseburger or something." He replied, though his voice sounded unsure. Like he was trying to convince himself rather than Donghyuck.
"Cheeseburger? Bullshit." Donghyuck called, knowing damn well that something was up.
Mark slipped past him, sitting nervously on his bed. He looked up at Donghyuck, picking at lint on his shirt and tried to avoid the topic.
Donghyuck placed his hands on his hips. "I'm not stupid."
"Hyuck, what are you talking about?"
"You know exactly what, Mark. It's okay, I'm here." Donghyuck's voice was unusually gentle, cautiously sitting next to Mark, keeping a fair distance.
The house was quiet; Mark's dad was at work. No doubt, they'd be coming home in a few hours, livid because he'd had to nerve to skip school.
Up until recently, he'd never done that.
It was like something woke up inside of him. Gone was the good, religious boy who diligently went to class and never cursed.
He blamed Donghyuck.
"What are you?" Donghyuck asked so suddenly. The hairs on Mark's hair stood on end and he got a quick feeling on nausea in the pit of his stomach. He felt sick, sick and dizzy.
"Hyuck, please. I really don't-"
"Don't play dumb with me, shithead." Donghyuck frowned and cocked his head. "I have an affinity for this kind of thing. I always end up around weird shit, so I'll ask again: What exactly are you, Mark Lee?"
"Your boyfriend, what else?" Mark chuckled, though his tone was laced with a certain nervousness. Donghyuck raised an eyebrow and folded his arms, glaring icily at Mark.
A pit formed in Mark's tummy and he felt even sicker. Donghyuck wouldn't let it go, but something was stopping him from admitting it. Admitting his secret.
"Renjun is too, love. I'm a lot smarter than I let on." Donghyuck's voice was quiet, reassuring. Mark's head snapped up in surprise as his boyfriend continued. "Mark, I know you're like him. I've been researching and it's all adding up." Donghyuck swallowed a lump in his throat and cleared his throat, the next words tumbling quickly from his lips. "You're an incubus, aren't you?"
The room was silent. The house, actually, was silent. Nobody said a word, neither of them breathed. Mark didn't even look at Donghyuck, just stared at his own hands in disbelief at what he'd just heard.
But Donghyuck was right. Mark just couldn't believe his own ears, but he knew damn well what he'd heard.
Mark sighed deeply after what felt like an eternity. "I'm sorry."
Donghyuck smacked his shoulder in annoyance. "Yah! What are you sorry for?" He scolded.
Mark chuckled, then sighed again. "I mean, I'm sorry for... this. I'm... a cambion, Hyuck. I'm half-incubus, not a whole one. And I didn't know Renjun was one either, really."
"Okay... so why the fuck are you sorry? Who cares?" Donghyuck giggled, sitting by Mark and taking his clammy hands in his own. Mark shrugged and kept his eyes down, avoiding Donghyuck's gaze like the coward he was.
"I dunno. I'm weird and horny and I've got these stupid, stupid little horns. And I guess I've just tried so hard to suppress it. Church is nice and all, but I feel... I don't know." Mark admitted, parting his fluffy hair and revealing two very small stubs on his scalp, more brown than red. Donghyuck fought the urge to touch them.
"Okay." Was all Donghyuck said.
Mark pressed his lips together in a thin line. "What do you mean 'okay', Hyuck?"
"I mean, I'm still trying to process that my brand-new, previously homophobic church boy boyfriend stood up to my transphobic ex, broke my back a few days ago, and turned out to be an actual demon. A sex demon, at that. That's crazy." Donghyuck huffed, giggling hysterically. Mark grumbled and his his face in his hands again, groaning in exasperation. "I knew, but it's interesting hearing it from your own mouth, y'know?"
"Don't say it like that! God!" He yelped, before clasping a hand over his mouth in surprise.
Donghyuck only giggled more as Mark shoved him pretty hard onto the ground, before tumbling with him.
Mark grumbled in annoyance. "Geez! I used to be a good Christian boy! Now look at me! I used God's name in vain! And we had sex! Before marriage!" His voice was incredulous.
"Good Christian boy? Sex before marriage?! You're a canopy or whatever!" Donghyuck pointed out, biting his lip and wiggling his eyebrows after realizing Mark was literally pinning him down.
"Cambion, not canopy!"
Donghyuck snorted. "Same thing, whatever." He leaned his head up and pecked Mark on the lips, Mark blushing a deep red. Donghyuck found it adorable that even after the past week those two have had, Mark still got flustered after being kissed.
"Don't tell anyone, ever. Not even Renjun." Mark's eyes were pleading, voice cautious and gentle, begging for Donghyuck to stay quiet. Donghyuck kissed Mark's nose and smiled softly, locking their pinkies together from their place on the floor.
"Idiot." Donghyuck smiled, nodding at his nervous boyfriend. "I'd never tell a soul. Not here, not in heaven, and not a chance in hell."
