[3rd Person POV]

"Did you...really just invited me out on a date earlier?" She whispered.

(Y/N) is silent for a moment, he is thinking about what to answer her very carefully.

"Hanazawa-kun?" She is waiting for his answer.

He then leaned into Kiyoko's ear this time, he whispered back. "Yes, I want to get to know you better."

Kiyoko was about to ask why until (Y/N) beat her to it by speaking first.

"And...It would let you know If I'm the one for you..." He whispered to her so boldly.

Kiyoko widens her eyes, making her blush as she didn't expect that answer from him.

Just when (Y/N) is about to say something to Kiyoko again, he was interrupted by Daichi pulling his shirt near the back of his neck.

"Stop bothering our manager and continue stretching!" Daichi exclaimed. He is dragging (Y/N) away from Kiyoko.

"Wait! I want to continue talking to her!" (Y/N) said to Daichi as he is getting pulled.

"You and me both but volleyball come first!" Daichi stated as he successfully stops (Y/N) from disturbing Kiyoko.

Later, the match is starting. (Y/N)'s teammates are Nishinoya, Tanaka, Daichi, Sugawara, and Asahi.

Kiyoko is one of the referees of the match. Since the referee's fundamental role is to serve as an impartial leader who does not favor one team over another, their mistakes should be equally likely to favor either team.

(Y/N) is with his team, he looks focused for this match. He really intends to win today.

Kiyoko looks at (Y/N) as she remembers what he said to her earlier.

""And...It would let you know If I'm the one for you..."" She remembered his words, and she will remember it for a while.

(Y/N) is seen talking to his teammates. He suddenly looks at Kiyoko and sees she is staring at him.

He smiles and waves at her. Kiyoko immediately looks away as she doesn't want him to see that she is blushing right now.

"Is he...the one?" She thought to herself as she tries to compose herself as she is the referee for the match.

The match is starting, and Kurokawa's team will serve the ball first.

The ball was served by Kurokawa, and Nishinoya immediately receives the ball with fast reflexes.

Sugawara was getting ready to toss the ball as he is the setter.

"Who should I pass? Asahi? Daichi?" Sugawara thought to himself as he waits for the ball to come to him.

"HERE!" (Y/N) yelled out.

"Okay!" Sugawara understood immediately.

He tosses the ball to (Y/N), and the former Ace of Chidoriyama jumped and spikes the ball as hard as he can.

It sounded like a gunshot, the ball went past the players who tried to block it. It was both fast and strong as it bounces at Team Kurokawa's side.

(Y/N)'s team won a point. Everyone was surprised to see (Y/N)'s spike as everyone on the court was impressed.

Daichi became very happy as they got the first point. "Very nice-
