After Karasuno defeated Shiratorizawa, it's time for the awards ceremony.
The host said to the microphone in front of the Karasuno players. "And now, I present this award to the victors: Miyagi Prefectural Karasuno High School. Concluding the Miyagi Prefecture Qualifiers of the National High School Volleyball Tournament, your team has emerged victorious."
He continued:
"I present you this award in acknowledgment of your commendable performance."
The Karasuno team gets the certificate and trophy and the players get their medals.
Suddenly, there is another award.
"It is time to present this year's MVP of the finals." The host announced the crowd with a microphone in his hand.
Who could it be? Could it be Hinata, who shocks the world with his unexpected skills? Could it be Kageyema, the one who tosses that is talented and superb in the country? or could it be (Y/N), who showed many that he is the best Ace in the prefecture and possibly one of the best Aces in the country?
The announcer said on the microphone. "Your Miaygi Prefectural Qualifiers Finals MVP, (Y/N) Hanazawa."
The players and the spectators in the audience clapped and cheered for him as (Y/N) finally has that trophy that he wanted to achieve during high school.
(Y/N) stares at the Finals MVP trophy that he is holding, he smiles brightly as he then raises it for everyone to see.
"RAAAAAHHHHH!" (Y/N) yelled out of hype as if he were a Spartan.
The crowd roared and continued to clap for him.
The Karasuno boys volleyball team is now qualified to play at the National High School Volleyball Tournament in January at Tokyo Metropolitan Gymnasium.
Days later, in Karasuno High.
In the gym, the team began to measure their vertical running jumps.
Suddenly, Takeda-sensei opened the door of the gymnasium. "Is everyone here?"
"Gather around!" Daichi exclaimed.
"Yessir!" The Karasuno players lined up.
Then they all greeted him. "Good afternoon!
"Thank you all for your hard work. This is sudden, but I have some big news." Takeda smiles.
He then turned his attention to two players on the team and said to them:
"Hanazawa-kun and Kageyama-kun, you two have been asked to attend the All-Japan Youth Training Camp."
The two players were shocked and so were the other players.
"Youth...As in...The national representatives for the under-19 Japan team...right?" Yachi was shaking because she was also shocked.
"Wow. Wow. That's really all I can say." Kiyoko couldn't find the right words as she was the same as the other manager.
The players who are invited to that training camp are the players nominated today that they'll pick Japan's actual under-19 representatives in two years. They will compete against teams from around the world.
They basically look for 15 and 16-year-olds all around Japan to prepare for that selection in two years.
Takeda continued. "But the training camp is going to be held for five days at the beginning of December, right before the spring tournament starts in January, so it's not a requirement to go."
