The Ace of Karasuno (Kiyoko Shimizu x Male Reader)

Ace vs Ace!!!

[3rd Person POV]

The starting lineups of both teams have just been revealed. The finals is now about to start.

Karasuno's starting lineup is (Y/N), Tanaka, Hinata, Kageyama, Daichi, Tsukishima/Nishinoya. Their coach is Keishin Ukai.

Shiratorizawa's starting lineup is Ushijima, Leon, Goshiki, Shirabu, Kawanishi, Tendo/Yamagata. Their coach is Tanji Washijo.

Players from both teams are now waiting for the match to start.

(Y/N) and Ushijima are right in front of each other, separated by the net.

Ushijima then sees (Y/N) is offering his hand for a handshake.

"Good luck." (Y/N) said to the top-3 ace of the entire country of Japan.

"Same to you." Ushijima said as he shook the second-best ace of the prefecture.

The people in the crowd and the people watching from the TV and other devices are getting hyped up by the match-up.

It's always had been Shiratorizawa vs Aoba Johsai, Ushijima versus Oikawa. Things have changed now. It's now Shiratorizawa vs Karasuno.

They are getting excited more about the Ace vs Ace match-up, Shiratorizawa's Ushijima versus Karasuno's (Y/N).

Remember, this is the finals which means they will be playing best-of-five sets instead of three.

The match is now starting:

(Y/N) puts his hand on his left chest as he can feel his heart racing.

"We are facing Shiratorizawa...the team that always went to the nationals for half a decade..." (Y/N) thought to himself. "That just gives me more reasons to want to beat them."

"Give us a good serve, Daichi-san!" Tanaka exclaimed.

The referee then blows the whistle so Daichi can serve, the crowd gets loud as they are excited for the match.

Daichi serves the ball, it goes over the net. The ball is now heading to Goshiki.

"Got it!" Goshiki receives the ball and passes it to Shirabu, their setter.

Shirabu then passes the Ace of Shiratorizawa. "Ushijima-san!"

Ushijima then does a short run toward the net, Kageyama, Tsukishima, and (Y/N) are now in front of him and they will try to limit his options.

"Here it comes!" Those three Karasuno blockers said in unison in their minds. The tallest Karasuno players are trying to limit Ushijima's options.

Those three are trying to make Ushijima go for a straight shot instead of a cross-court shot so Nishinoya can receive it.

Ushijima spikes the ball hard with his left hand.

As the ball is going towards the floor, Nishinoya is now in position to receive. "I got it." Karasuno's libero thought to himself.

Unfortunately, the ball bounced off his arms and it went out of bounds.

Shiratorizawa gets the first point thanks to their ace.

"Shake it off!" Yamaguchi yells from the bench.

"Get the next one!" Sugawara also yells from the bench.

The score is now 1-0 in favor of Shiratorizawa.

Nishinoya then looks at Ushijima and he grins. He said. "Hello there, left."

In the next rally, Kawanishi will be serving.
