Making A Deal

Big Mama's pov:

The soft hum of my voice filled my office as I skimmed over a sizeable amount boring business matters for the hotel. Accoutrements like toiletry needs not being met and the Wi-Fi shutting off all willy-nilly, those were all completely and utterly not okay in my book. I began writing down a plan for a staff meeting when I heard a clamant yet calm knock at my door. I actually needed a small bimbly break so I joyously answered, "Yes, do come in," to the unknown entreating at my office door. With that, one of my bellhop guards opened the doors and behind him I saw the tinkering turtley-boos. The ones that were no better to me than bumbling arena clowns. "Hello Ma. These turtles wanted to see you. They said they have a deal they want to make." My bellhop guard vocalized to me quite clearly.

"Hm, I was hoping to not see you triumphant trouble making turts again but yet here we stand." I spat, looking them up and down while noticing that the one that got overwrought and squeamish at my webs wasn't among the three I saw. They all had rather serious looks and one of them, the blue one, was a bit red in the eyes. I nodded to the other bellhop guards, who followed behind my bumbling arena clowns, to go ahead and leave. And so they did, one accidentally slamming the dimbly door. Oh well. "Alright, you have five minutes, tell Big Mama what you want to make a deal about." I continued while picking up back were I left off in my plan for a staff meeting, thinking of what to do with the inapt employees.

I heard the flat vocals of the blue themed one rise into the air. "And you have five seconds to tell us where our brother is before we make you tell us." That caught me a bit off guard considering the fact of that one being the comedy relief. He joked even when falling to his death, so this must most certainly have been a very serious matter to them. They were desperate... susceptible to suggestion.

"Woah woah Leo. You need to chill. She might not even have him." The spiky one stopped the blue one quickly.

"Ooh~ feisty! Well, it is quite alright turtley-boo. When you say brother, I assume the mimsy sickly violet one?" I remarked with my interest piqued. I could've most certainly used the terrifically convenient opportunity to get a fighter in my Nexus considering not many were willing to fight those days and the repetitive occurrence of the other occupants was expectedly boring to the crowds.

"Yeah, you would know." The blue one grumbled; sounding quite tired. All of them looked to have been previously poorly rested but nothing that concerned Big Mama, it in fact only made it easier for me.

"Hmm, well you're here for a deal, so let's make one shall we? I don't have your baskulus brother, but if I do find him... I'll give him to you-" I served to be appealing, making it more likely for them to agree to the twist. "-but! In exchange, one or all of you have to fight in my next Battle Nexus event!" There was the classic Big Mama twist. The last time I saw them, they proved they could be some entertainment even if they'd surely fail to put up a real fight. The destructively sweet orange one looked like he was about to object. "And if one of you don't fight... he will."

"Hey you can't do that!" The icy themed one exclaimed. He seemed more susceptible to anger than suggestion at the moment.

"Oh well then. I suppose I'll just kill him if I happen to come across the boy." I hummed softly, smiling to myself. With that, the spiky turtle seemingly snapped, with him beginning to kvetch along with the smaller, blue one. But the sunset colored one just... stood there. Did he not bother for his violet brother?

"You can't do that! It's not fair!" Fair? What did that spikeball know? He was speaking to the queen of unfair, he shouldn't have expected anything less.

The blue turtley-boo stopped for a second and rubbed his eyes before taking a deep breath. That seemed to catch the spiky one a bit off guard, making him go quiet but stay in a defensive stance. "Alright... we're sorry. How about we make a different deal, eh?" The blue one offered, putting on the charming face and attitude I remember witnessing so very often.
