We can give commands to our body and mind to feel better or get rid of unhealthy habits. We can show our body that we're fine, that there is no need to turn on the defense mechanism and cause pain and anxiety. If you can have a heart-to-heart conversation with your body, it will listen. In order for the commands technique to work for you, you need to increase the level of your energy and awareness. You can do this with the help of exercises that are further given in this book.

Instead of puzzling over a possible solution and trying to carry out actions, that in your opinion seem logical, you have a chance to come up with a quick solution and most importantly, achieve it with ease. All you need is to be mindful and give a specific command to your subconscious mind and body.
Our subconscious mind is not always aware of what's optimal, and most suitable for us, it tries to lead based on past experience, but this is not always right for us. The subconscious doesn't take into account the desires of the soul and proclaims itself as the main decision-maker. Our goal is to create harmony between the soul, body, and mind. This way decisions are made with ease.
Many of us don't even suspect how powerful we are. We are unaware of our ability to convince our subconscious mind of anything we desire. We always have a choice - we can live with the old programs, limiting beliefs, and unnecessary judgements or free ourselves and let our souls enjoy this wonderful ride, the journey of becoming conscious and responsible for our own lives.
