When the month of October finally arrived you could tell something was going to happen. Just as before Quin and Xavier became ghosts in the estate never being seen again. The reason for this was when the day of the 31st came around then when the girls were finally gone it wouldn't hurt them as bad. This meant that every day they were in the office with no leads or anything on the man who was blackmailing them.

Only their plan backfired with Beatrix and Ember panicking. With them seeing the boys every day to dropping off the face of the earth. It also didn't help that whenever they asked anyone in the estate about where Xavier and Quin they would get vague answers about them being around the estate or not knowing. One day while sitting in their rooms Beatrix burst into tears

"They're not around because they hate us, aren't they?" Ember shushed her. She held Beatrix close

"They could never hate us. They are just busy that's all" Ember assured Beatrix this only caused Beatrix to cry hysterically. Wanting to get Beatrix's mind off of it Ember turned on the tv

"Let's watch a movie," she said as she picked out a comfort movie before getting up and grabbing a variety of snacks. When she came back they both wrapped themselves in blankets before starting the movie.

Weeks flew by until it was the week of October 31st. People of the estate ran around in silence and with gloomed expressions on their faces. No one talked. The atmosphere was tense. The dreaded day that no one wanted to happen was closing in. Servants and others alike ran around doing various orders for the expected day.

Neither one of the girls wanted to acknowledge the date. They didn't want to face the fact that they were in the final stretch. For the next several weeks they stayed in Beatrix's bedroom binge-watching shows and movies. Trying to get themselves to forget about everything that was happening.

Eventually, it was the 30th. In order to not worry about what was going to happen the next day the girls spent the entire entire day drinking, eating, and partying in the bedroom like it was a New Year's Eve party. Acting as if they were going to wake up tomorrow morning and all of this was one big bad dream. And they were going to be able to see their boyfriends and everyone else again. Around 10 PM, both girls passed out from exhaustion from trying to stay up all night.

The moment the clocks turned from 11:59 PM on the 30th to 12:00 AM on the 31st is when the plan for that dreaded day went into action.

Emerging from the dark abyss, that was the Xavier's office, the boys headed to the girl's room. Only to find they had both slept in Beatrix's room. Both girls were found passed out on the bed holding each other close. Their faces were peacefully ignorant of what was happening around them. Staring down at the two girls, a tear slipped down each boy's face. Pulling out a rag they both drugged the girls in order for them to not wake up during any part of this. To prevent the conflict that would happen if they woke up. Picking up the girls carefully the boys took them outside putting them in the back of the van that picked them up. Immediately when they put the girls in there they walked straight back into the house. The van took off with Will driving it and Justin sitting beside him.

It was silent the whole way there. Neither one saying anything. Neither wanted to say anything. It was early in the morning when they arrived to drop the girls off at Ember's house. All the lights were off in the place so they shouldn't disturb anyone. The van was stopped outside the house on the street. Getting out of the van they went to the back of the van and opened the doors. Upon opening the doors they stood there looking at both girls sleeping peacefully as ever. Their hearts shattered inside of them. Every moment they spent together since the girls first arrived flashed through the boys' minds. From first meeting Beatrix and being tackled by Ember to having fun in California. Both boys gave each girl a kiss on the cheek before hugging them tightly. A tear slipped down from both. Gathering themselves they gently carried the girls to the front steps. Setting them on the steps they took a step back. Taking a final look at the girls before pushing the doorbell and running back and taking off.

It was a few seconds after the bell rang that the front door was opened. When it was a banchy screech woke the entire household. Everyone came downstairs then screamed and cried when they saw the girls at the doorsteps. The girls were immediately rushed to rooms then the good news spread to everyone.

It had only been a couple of minutes after the girls were dropped off. The van was dead silent. Will banged his fist against the steering wheel "Fuck! Fuck! he repeated tears streaming down his face. This triggered Justin to start crying as well. As both had been holding it in since they left. They felt like they had their hearts ripped out and stabbed in front of them.

It was a ghost town then Will and Justin got back. No servants to be seen. All the guys underground had locked themselves in their rooms. Without saying anything Will and Justin headed to their rooms. Eyes red and puffy with faces stained with tears.

When Xavier and Quin headed back into the house, they went into their rooms and locked themselves inside. The results behind the doors were different for both boys.

Upon closing the door Xavier took all the anger and rage he was feeling out on the furniture. Eventually, the energy from throwing stuff was drained. His anger turned into sadness as he reflected on what he did to the one and only person he had ever loved. This spiraled into a depression as Xavier crawled under the cover with a few pieces of Ember's clothes. A cycle formed where Xavier would sob until he fell asleep and then wake up and sob more until he felt sick. When he wasn't feeling sick he would continue to cry while thinking about Ember and everything.

When Quin arrived in his room he slipped into a major depression. His back slid down the door as tears fell down his face. It was not until several minutes later that Quin eventually moved to the bed. Having climbed onto his bed he covered himself with a multitude of blankets with him nowhere to be seen beneath them. Under the silence and pressure of the blankets, his mind replayed every moment since the beginning of this mess.
