13 - Witches forest prt 2

"COLBY!" Sam screams at full volume as him and Isabella start running back towards the fire pit.

"COLBY!" Isabella shouts and looks around for the boy. She can feel the tears streaming down her face. "FUCK MAN! COLBY!!"

The two arrive at the fire pit Corey and Jake run over to Sam and Isabella.

"Woah, what the fuck? Why are you crying ? Are you okay?" Jake runs over the the small redhead who is crying hard at this point. He wraps his arms around the girl and allows her to cry into his shirt.

"Colby's gone. We can't find Colby" Sam says, running his hands through his hair.

"What?? You lost Colby" Corey shouts.

The group grabs their lights and starts shouting out Colby's name walking around the campsite.

"Guys I don't think we should go far, if he comes back he'll think we're missing, not the other way around" Jake says, still holding the crying girl.

"We can't just leave him out there Jake!" Sam shouts.

"Just go spread out some of the lights and he'll find us, if he doesn't come back in an hour we'll go look for him okay?" Corey says agreeing with Jake.

Everyone goes and sits down by the fire after placing the lights a few feet away from the camp.

Thirty or so minutes go by and Isabella is pacing back and forth beside where the 3 boys are sitting.

"Iz, he's gonna come back, you have to calm down" Corey says trying to get the girl to calm down.

"How the fuck am I supposed to calm down Corey, Colby is fucking missing?!" She shouts back at him.

"Izzy, it's okay" Sam says

"No it's not Sam"

"No I guarantee you it is, look" Sam says standing up.

The group looks over where Sam is staring and sees Colby walking up to the campsite.

The girl lets out a breath before running up to the boy and jumping into his arms, clinging to him for dear life.

"Hey, pretty girl" Colby says holding her as tightly as humanly possible.

She starts sobbing again and holding onto the boy "you scared the crap out of me, Cole Robert Brock. Don't you ever do that to me again"

"I'm sorry" he says and places the girl back onto the ground.

All the boys hug colby before he explains that he heard a noise and stopped walking but when he turned around the other two were already gone, so he tried to find his way back to the campsite but got lost.

Everyone decides that it's been long enough and they head over to their tents.

Colby walks over to the boys tent while Isabella changes into sweatpants.

He walks back into his own tent, and sees the girl staring down at her hands.

"Hey, you okay?" The boy sits directly in front of her.

"I was so scared you weren't gonna come back" she looks up at the boy.

"I'm so sorry Izzy. I didn't mean to scare you" he leaned over and pulled the girl into his lap so she's straddling him, and hugging her tight.

He pulls away from her and grabs her face "I'm not going anywhere okay? I am never letting you go. Do you understand me?" The girl nods her head.
