36- Work shifts and needing new eyes.

The boys were on their way back from the catacombs, we were gonna leave for the Queen Mary on Friday, which was in 3 days.

I have been scared out of my mind to be honest. I don't know what will happen after 2 years.

What will this trip bring. Will it be as scary as it was the last time?

Will nothing happen?

It'll just be me, Sam, Colby and Kat.

I won't have Taylor this time.

I don't know what to expect. But I can tell you I'm very excited.

I walk into the cafe for my shift, It's Thursday.

"Hey Ally!" I wave to the girl behind the cash.

"Yooo! It's payday, your cheque is in your locker. Sam gave them out earlier before she left" she smiled and went back to cleaning the counter top.

"Awesome thank you"

I walk into the back room and change into my uniform, put on my apron and walk back out after grabbing a dirty dish tray.

I start cleaning off tables when I hear the door bell jingle. I look over and see Annie and Jackson.

"Oh hey! I didn't know you were working today?" Annie smiled.

"Ya, 2 till close. Hey Jacks" I wave at him.

He smiles and waves back.

I look back at Annie and wiggle my eyebrows.

"Shut itttttt" she laughs and they walk up the the cash to get their drinks. 

Annie called me the other day to tell me that she had a crush on Jackson. She didn't want it to ruin our friendship but I told her it wouldn't.

I know Jackson's a good dude.

I go back to cleaning tables and bring the empty coffee cups and small pastry plates back into the dishwasher room.

"Hey Demi, where's Maria? Isn't she in today?" I say placing my tray down.

"Oh my god, you didn't hear?" Demi said wide eye at me.

"No what happened?"

"Oh my god, Sam caught her stealing from the cash register! Fired her right there on the spot!"

"Shut the fuck up! NO WAY!" I said slapping my hand over my mouth.

"YA! She didn't even deny it!! Just stood there telling her that she didn't get paid enough to deal with 'stupid customers' and then stormed out!"

"When was this?"

"Like two days ago! I'm shocked you didn't know" Demi says looking at me.

"Nah, I've been off since Sunday" I said shrugging.

"Well ya it was absolutely crazy!" She said going back to the dish machine.

"Jesus well, that's interesting. Sad I missed it" I laughed and walked back out of the back.

I walk over to the counter and look at Ally.

"What do you want me to do?" I ask staring at the busy cafe"

"Uhm wanna be on cash? I'll go help Kara with the orders?"

"Ya I can do that" I walk around to the other side.

"I can help whoever's next" I wave over a tall man with big glasses.

I spend another 3 hours on cash. It's now time for a break.
