29 - Welcome home again and moving ins.

We got back to my house and the whole group was there to welcome Izzy back.

She was so happy.

Words couldn't describe how happy we all felt now that she was home.

She was walking around talking to everyone for the past 2 hours when Sam walked up to me.

"Hey bud, how are you?" He smiled

"I'm just glad she's back" I couldn't take my eyes off of her.

I was terrified that this was a dream and she isn't really home.

I was scared I was gonna blink and she'd be gone again.

"I know that but how are you? Are you even sleeping..? You look exhausted?" He placed a hand on my shoulder.

"Not really, but it's fine. I'll be fine."

"Okay, we'll you know I'm next door when you need someone to talk too?"

" I know, thanks Sammy" I hugged him and then went to the fridge to grab a drink.

"Hey" Izzy said as she walked over to me.

"Hey pretty girl, you having fun?" I smiled down at her.

"Ya, i just realized i never said thank you"

"For what?" I chuckled

"For finding me" she wiped a tear away

"Baby, there was no way I wasn't gonna come find you"

I wrapped my arms around her and held her while she let out small sobs. I walked her into our room and tucked her into bed, she laid there quietly.

I walked out of the bedroom and into the living room.

"Hey y'all, Iz is exhausted so she's just heading to bed"

"Oh we can leave, we'll just go over to Jakes apartment! I know he has white claws in his fridge" Tara said laughing.

Jake stood there stunned and confused while everyone got up and headed over to his apartment down the hall.

Once they were all gone, I shut off all the lights. Locked all the doors and windows and went back into the bedroom.

When I entered the room he stood in the doorway for a few seconds staring at the girl laying in my bed. No words could describe how happy I am that she is here. That she is home.

I took off my jeans and shirt, and laid down in the bed, Izzy immediately rolled over and wrapped around me.

I pressed a kiss to her head and held onto her so tightly. I don't think I'll ever be able to let her go.

Three Months Later

Colby and Izzy were finally moving her stuff into Kats house.

Colby was still terrified of letting her go but knew she wasn't far from his apartment.

The pair walked into the house and Izzy looked around in Awe of the beautiful house.

"Oh hey your here!" Kat said coming out of another room.

Izzy put down her bag and hugged Kat "Hey!"

Kat tells them to follow her to her room.

The three walk up the stairs and Kat points to the room at the end of the hall. Izzy opens the door to see the whole room already done up for her.

"We did it before you went missing. I hope you like it" Colby smiles putting the two suitcases down.

"I love it, it's beautiful" Izzy can't help but wipe tears from her eyes cause it's everything she could dream of.

"This probably costed you a fortune, let me know how much and I'll give it to you!" Izzy says hugging the boy tightly.

"No. This is my gift to you." He smiles and izzy takes another step into the room and just looks around. She walks over to the bed and plops down onto it.

"Wow" is all she can say at this point.

They finish grabbing all the stuff out of the van Colby rented that has all of Izzy's stuff that she shipped over.

It wasn't much so it was easy for the two to do.

After a few hours of unloading and unpacking Izzy decides that she's done.

"Colbyyyyyyy" she smiles and calls the boy.

"Yes pretty girl" he peaks his head up and looks over at her.

"Wanna go get some food? I'm starving"

"Ugh yes. I'm so hungry" the two get up and walk over to the van, they decide to drop it off first since they don't need it anymore.

The two stop by In and Out and grab some food before sitting down to eat.

After eating they head back to Kats and finish unpacking.

Another few hours pass before they finally finish and the room is officially moved into.

The pair laid down on the bed and decided to take a nap. The nap wasn't too long because 5 mins afterwards Izzy's phone rang, it wasn't a number she had in her contacts but picked it up anyways.

"Is this Isabella Heyward?"

"Yes it is, may I ask who's calling"

"This is Janis Henry, Taylor's mom"

"Oh, Mrs Henry, what can I do for you?" Izzy sits up and Colby sits up staring at her whispering for her to put it on speaker.

Izzy clicks the speaker button as Taylor's mom continues to speak.

"Oh honey, I don't know how to tell you this... but Taylor.. she's gone. She was attacked yesterday and unfortunately didn't make it, they aren't sure who did it but words from eye witness reports, Uhm they think it was the person who attacked you, Aaron?" Izzy's eyes started to water and she felt herself struggling to breathe. She hung up the phone and tried to breathe.

"Jakes calling me" Colby said and answered.

"Dude, turn on the news channel"  is all Jake said.

She grabbed the tv remote and flipped to the news channel.

"- a young woman was beaten to death in a park in broad daylight. Police identified the girl as Taylor Henry.  Witnesses believe the attacker was Aaron Xavier, who was recently let out on bail after the kidnapping of another young girl, Isabella Heyworth"  the news castor said as Izzy stood up and ran out of the room and straight into the back yard trying desperately to get some air.

"Izzy? What's going on?" Kat said walking from the pool over to Izzy who was heaving sobbing on the ground. "COLBY!"

"Hey Izzy I need you to breathe for me okay?" Sam said as he was at the house as well.

"She's dead" is all izzy could get out.

"Who's dead izzy?" Sam said looking at Katrina trying to understand.

"Taylor" Colby said from behind them "Aaron murdered her yesterday"

"Oh my god Izzy" Kat said  holding onto her tightly as she cried and cried.

After about 15 or so mins of crying izzy just stopped, her body was numb. She wasn't sure how many more tears she had left.

Colby picked her up bridle style and carried her back up into her room before tucking her and him under the blanket.

"I'm so sorry Izzy" is all Colby said before the girl passed out from exhaustion.
