God knew i was strong enough so i built my own walls for you. you seemed curious, a little bit timid, soft and lonely, a reminder of me. i did not know you but all i know was that we were stuck in a small boat in the midst of big waves and i held onto you.
God must've liked you because i saw you and picked you, in the crowd of strange faces, i found yours beautiful to stare at. morning comes and i found myself wondering, would you run away from me?
are you going to choose someone else?your arms look like home, so does hell. if you see me as i am, look away. if you want to leave me, pack up your bag. i'm not an armour for myself and i cannot defend my homeland anymore. God save the queen.
