Chapter 35 (Tabby)

As we walk in Give Me Love by Ed Sheeran starts playing. I spot Damon talking to Micah. Micah looks up, skims me and looks at someone behind me. I'm guessing its Isabel but I don't care right now, I just want Damon. When Damon realizes that Micah isn't paying attention anymore he looks up and looks at me. He looks me up and down and slowly smiles. I walk to him and smile. 

"You look beautiful in that dress." He whispers in my ear as he takes my hand. 

"And you look handsome in that suit." I say with a smirk. He smiles and takes me onto the dance floor. We start dancing to the rhythm of the song. He twirls me under his arm then brings me tightly to him. When he twirls me again I am handed off the Micah. 

"You look nice." Micah says.

"Thanks." I reply. He looks everywhere but at me. What happened to us to where we have become awkward? I look around and spot Damon. We make eye contact and I take the lead in dancing and guide to where Damon was. I hand myself back to Damon and sigh. He leans down and whispers

"Be ready at anytime now." I nod slightly. We keep dancing for a few more minutes. 

"I better go make sure Micah and everybody else is ready." Damon nods and slightly kisses my forehead. "Be careful." I start looking around for Micah and don't see him on the dance floor so I wonder down a hallway. 

"Micah?" I whisper. I pass a room then back track. Through the window I see Isabel and Micah. He grabs her in a hug, then kisses her. I choke and put my hand to my mouth. Damon was right. Micah was cheating on me. Tears start pouring out of my eyes. I don't know why I'm crying I should be mad but all I feel is sadness and pain. I grab my dress and hurry back down the hallway toward the front to the doors. I hear my name right before I close the doors and bolt down the street to the house we were staying in. I open the door then slam it, run up the stairs and into my room. I slide down the wall and just break down.
