I get up quick. What did I just say?! I just told Cody I loved him! I look at Cody and he gives me a puzzled look.
"I'm going for a walk." I say. I quickly walk out of the room and down the stairs to the front door. I get to the door as it opens and Brandon walks in carrying bags of food. He stops in his tracks.
"You okay Tabby?" He asks
"Yeah, come take a walk with me." I say. He smiles and takes the food into the kitchen. He comes back and grabs my hand. We walk across the front yard and across the road to the woods. We find a clearing and I sit down while Brandon stays standing. We stay like that in awkward silence until I break it.
" Brandon, you know I love you don't you?" I ask
"Of course I do." He replies. I hear a crack thunder than it starts pouring raining. I stand up and look up at the sky.
"Really? It has to rain now?" I say with a sigh. Brandon walks over to me and pushes my hair out of my face. He looks into my eyes and rests his forehead on mine.
"I love you so much." He whispers "I never want to lose you." I smile.
"I never want to lose you either." I reply. He kisses me passionately. He makes me walk backward until my back is against a tree.
"I would do anything for you." He says. He kisses me again with the rain and thunder in the background.
