Being a woman, she did some random stuff through her pod without getting herself free because she knew how boring it was when she got nothing to do. Rasmei chewed pawpaw in between her teeth when she brushed off the mattress clean and kept all Tuk's toys to the place where it was supposed to be.
Her hand on her stomach, clenching the pain she felt because the time of the month had just arrived after it was a few weeks late that caused her fussing around with Jake. Rasmei thought he was able to knock her off again and she was scared that it wasn't the right time for her to be pregnant at this moment. Him and her wouldn't mind for the fifth one but there was no way she could be around with her bigger stomach in the circumstance like this.
To be honest, she hated every time she got to have her period coming because it wasn't easy at all. The way she has to suffer herself while walking with dry coconut skin laid between her legs. She remembered the first time she wore that, and damn, Rasmei was so uncomfortable with her walking and her fingers plugged to the back string of her loincloth as always with the feeling of embarrassment about this. She walked like a penguin, at the first time it went leak where Neytiri has to hush her out to fix everything back in place. The gushing blood came out of her wasn't the same way like she was human because she never got cramps. Being a Na'vi, everytime she got that, it went on all over her and Rasmei felt like her whole body was tore , her chest hurt, her hips sore and every limbs broke into pieces and she only stayed home for that days and rested. But after time went on, Rasmei got used to them but it still affected her living activity.
She walked over to her mattress, placed down the banana leaves under her butt scaring that it would leak out or else she would put herself in struggle to clean it all up. Her head leaned behind her pillow and then put her palms rubbing gently on her stomach before slowly closing her eyes to rest.
Jake saw his wife like this, he placed his hands above the gently burning fire to absorb the heat onto his palms. He rubbed them a few times in a fast motion before he came over to his wife and put his palms calmly on her stomach. Rasmei hummed comfortably with her smaller palm coming to his hand too. ''Comfortably, baby?''
''It is.....'' She hummed and ruffled herself closer to him as she pulled Tuk's fluffy toy into her arms to hug comfortably. ''I hate this.... That's why I like being pregnant.''
The eclipse has arrived, no kids in their pod as they has gone away to have their hanging out with the Chief's daughter and that didn't worry both of Rasmei and Jake as long as they didn't cause any troubles. Jake moved a little closer to Rasmei, rubbing her stomach in a gentle way to help her ease her pain. Being a woman was really hard, she has to come across this every month and being pregnant with a child just to give the most painful birth. He smiled when she said she loved being pregnant and remembered a week ago they went into a panic mood of them thinking Rasmei has another child again.
Just like what he said, he didn't mind having another kid if they were in a happy peaceful situation and Rasmei was still young to bear another child too. They got plans though, thinking about what Tuk would be getting for her 9th birthday, Jake and Rasmei would try for another last one.
