''NETEYAM!!! AHHHH!''

She kept screaming, screaming until her throat hurt but she didn't care right away. Her son had died just right before her eyes, her tears dropped to his pale cheeks and rolled down to where his wound was. Those salty tears have been kept inside her mind for a long time that she never got to cry out and let it all. Today, she has enough. Rasmei had enough of her life.

Her lips were dried but never her eyes. Her body swayed from left to right, hugging her son limbless body against her chest. Her body was covered by his blood with her husband trying to pull away and giving up too. He let her cry, he let her scream.

''AHHH!''

What did Eywa have to do to take her son away from her this fast? Rasmei has her full feeling of loving Neteyam all her heart but he has been taking away too fast from her. This was so cruel, so cruel that it was hard to even accept it in her heart.

Jake became emotionally numbed. His wife's voice kept screaming right behind his ears while he sat blankly staring at his dead son's face. Everything surrounding him seemed numb and even his body.

What has he done?

What even was this?

Was he the one who led his son to the death hole?

Rasmei yelled from the top of her lungs while he was staying still. He didn't know what to exactly do just like his whole body was freezing in the icy water. Time went on so fast that he still remembered Neteyam was helping his mother tie up the knot and the flap of their pod with a smile on his face while now he lay lifeless under his mother's embrace.

This was all his fault that Rasmei has told him to not leave their old house because she has a bad feeling about adapting or even soon the RDA would find where they were only worse to come than benefit. All of her words were right and Jake refused to take it into his head. She was all riled up about his decision to leave which she has every right to be. Omaticaya was her home and as it was his and where his child was growing up. The Omaticaya People and the forest, it was all what they fought for. Jake took the words of family as his top priority to keep safe, but it didn't turn out like he planned.

Neteyam died and it was on his shoulders.

When Neteyam was wounded during the train attack, Jake was so relieved to find him alive, fearing he had been killed when he saw the blood. He was concerned about their safety and he has later talked to Rasmei about how afraid he had been of losing him and Lo'ak that day. That day, they made it out alive. When the kids were taken hostage Jake and Rasmei along with his oldest son managed to rescue them and the whole family reunited in relief of them all being safe and unharmed.

Jake always thought about them making it all alive until now. Rasmei chose herself to walk along Eywa path since the day she became the Na'vi, she has never actually pleaded with or been against the will of Eywa before but this, this scream, it broke Jake on how she went from 'Thank you, Great Mother, Thank you!' after the rescue at night to 'No, Great Mother, no! Please!'' when she lost and hugged her son in her arms while there was no life in his body. That was her begging for it to not be true, begging Eywa to not let her son get taken away from her. She desperately cried out, yelled and shouted loud as the daylight drowned off and the sky turned black just like her heart. He looked at her tears that streamed down like waterfalls, ugly cries left her throat with broken voices called out for her son to wake up.
