ATHENA is the first solo studio album by American singer Athena Diaz. Athena is an EDM and electropop album, incorporating elements of dubstep, techno, disco, electro house and worldbeat. Diaz worked with world class producers such as Rock Mafia on the album.

OTHER KIND is her second solo studio album. The record was influenced by a range of artists, particularly Christina Aguilera and her album Stripped (2002). Diaz co-wrote seven of its eleven tracks. LOVE ME LIKE I DO is Athena's third studio album. Described by Diaz as her "diary from the past few years", LMLID is a midtempo pop and dance-pop record, taking cues from electronic, latin pop and R&B styles. Lyrically, the album explores themes of self-love, self-empowerment, self-acceptance, and self-worth. The album received positive reviews from music critics, who praised its production and cohesiveness, with many calling it Diaz's best album to date, although sales level were slightly less than Other Kind.

ESENCIA is her first Extended Play. Diaz stated that the EP centers on themes of "strength, love, forgiveness and moving on". Esencia is Diaz's first project completely in Spanish language. It blends reggaeton, electropop, Latin pop, R&B and alternative R&B genres with urbano elements. It marks a departure from the dance-pop sound of its predecessor, Love Me Like I Do.
Upon release, Esencia received acclaim from music critics, who highlighted its tasteful production, and praised Diaz's expansion of her artistry. The EP became her best-reviewed project on Metacritic.
