The group was in the living room while Leo was in his room not talking to them. "How can this happen?" Jamey asks them. "We didn't follow Leo's lead." Cheyenne said to her making Raph look at his hands, Jamey looks at Raph and she takes hold of his hand. "How are we gonna explain this to Master Splinter?" Mikey asks them. "Explain what to me, Michelangelo?" The group hears Splinter making them turn to see him standing there. "It's Jesse, sensei. Karai captured her." Raph said to him. "And Leo locked himself in his room." Tasneem said to him. "Hmm. I knew it would come to this eventually." Splinter said to them. "Come to what, sensei?" Donnie asks him. "Karai wants to take revenge. She believes that I took one of her loved ones away from her. There is no doubt in Karai's mind that I care as much for the girls as I do for you, my sons." Splinter said to them. "But it's not true, right?" Mikey asks him. "It is very much...the opposite of what she thinks." Splinter said to them as Leo walks out of his room. "Leonardo." Splinter calls him making Leo turn to them. "We need to save her if Karai hands Jesse over to Shredder and I don't want to know what he will do to her." Leo said to them making everyone look at each other getting even more worried about Jesse. "Find Jesse." Splinter said making everyone look at him. "That is what is important right now. Rescue her." Splinter said to them. The group goes into the lab where Donnie was typing on his computer to see if he can get Jesse's location. "Okay, so I hacked into some security footage." Donnie said to them and he shows the group a van. "There, it's Karai's van." Leo said to them. "They took Jesse to the Bradford dojo." Mikey said to them. "Let's do this." Leo said to them. "Jesse needs us." Raph said as he walks over to Leo. "And listen, this time, we fight how Leo wanted us to fight. The way he fights." Raph said to the group. "Thanks." Leo said to him making Raph nod. "Wow, they are getting along and not fighting." Jamey said to the others.

In Bradford's dojo, Jesse has been hung from the ceiling in a small cage. "You know I bet I'd make a small fortune if I sold you to a science lab. Could you imagine the press? Talking ninja turtle found in sewer." Karai said after she laughs a little. "Sounds fun until they realize you are a crazy person when I get out." Jesse said to her making Karai turn to her. "You deserve everything you're getting, Jesse. After you betrayed me last time." Karai said to her then she summons the footbots. "Don't you love it? My new robotic Foot Bots follow my orders to a "T". No arguing, no prodding. They do whatever I want. Cool, right?" Karai asks Jesse. "Yeah, convenient." Jesse said to her. "I've been teaching the Foot Bots new skills, but now I'm turning the training over to someone new." Karai said to her then she throws a tanto at the rope holding it up sending Jesse to the floor in the middle of the Foot Bots. "Foot Bots!" Karai yelled then she toss Jesse's twin tessen to her side. "De-shell her." Karai orders them making Jesse grab her weapons as robots charged at her. Jesse runs around the robots as some of the robots throw stars at her making Jesse dodge all of them. Jesse charged forward and jumps into upside-down then she kicks four robots in the head. Jesse was doing fine until the robots start to overwhelm her. "You spend years learning a fighting style, and my robots learn it in seconds from you." Karai said to her as the robots start running around at high speed. "Fighting just improves their skills." Karai said to her then the robots jumps at Jesse all at once. "I never got to know my mother because your new rodent master took her away from me." Karai said to her as Karai walks over to Jesse. "Splinter." Jesse said as the robots pin Jesse to the floor. "You're being lied to, Karai." Jesse said to her as a robot takes Jesse's weapons away from her. "Your father hurts you and the others because Splinter has gotten into your head, and Shredder put that virus into your blood system for a reason." Karai said to her while walking over to Jesse. "You must understand that Shredder did that because he is a madman who does not care about me, my sisters, or you." Jesse said to her. "Get her out of my sight." Karai said to the robots who starts pulling Jesse out of the room. "Karai, listen to me. Splinter would never hurt your mother." Jesse said to her as she gets pulled out of the room.
