In Cheyenne and Donnie's Lab, Cheyenne has a notebook that has notes on her and her sisters' inner selves. "I have recorded everything that happens to us when we turn." Cheyenne said as she opens her book. "Is there a note in there about you and Donnie?" Tasneem asks her making Cheyenne look at her. "No." Cheyenne said to her as she opens the book on her and Tasneem's abilities. "I have black eyes with pink pupils." Cheyenne said to them while pointing at a drawing of an eye of the colors. "In addition, I have four robotic arms that protrude from my shell. Donnie, told me that the arms are a part of me because when he sliced one of my arms, my other self screamed in pain." Cheyenne said to them while pointing at the drawing of robotic arms. "What about the part where you can control the squirrels?" Jamey asks her making Tasneem look at Jamey. "Squirrelanoids." Tasneem said to her. "Whatever." Jamey said to her. "I'm not sure what to say about that because what you guys described to me seemed like after being bitten by a squirrelanoid, I rose to the position of leader." Cheyenne said to them. "Therefore, until we discover more about that, we won't talk about it." Jesse said to Cheyenne who nods a little. "The more details, the better." Cheyenne said to her then Cheyenne looks at Tasneem. "Next Tasneem." Cheyenne said to them while she points over at a drawing of Tasneem's other self. "She changes into an Alligator, well half." Cheyenne said to them. "Tasneem has claws, fangs, tail, and her skin goes ultra-taught with bone-like scales." Cheyenne said to them while Tasneem looks at the drawing of her virus self. "Next..." Cheyenne said turning the page to a drawing of Jesse. "Jesse has eyes that are as dark as the night sky." Cheyenne said to them pointing at a drawing of eyes that were colored black. "She is stronger and faster than normal. And now Jesse has retractable blades that come out of her hands. It evolves itself somewhere." Cheyenne said to them making Jesse look at her hands. "And finally, Jamey." Cheyenne said turning the page to Jamey's other self. "Jamey's eyes turn blood red with two horns coming out on top of her head and her shell has spikes popping out of it. And she also evolved she has sharp teeth that may break the skin." Cheyenne said to them. "So, what are you trying to tell us?" Jamey asks her. "What I am saying is that whatever is inside of us is evolving itself where we can't remember what happened to us in Japan and we have no control over this thing. It comes out whenever it wants and does what it needs to do to get the brothers and Splinter to Shredder." Cheyenne said to them. "Maybe we can ask Shredder himself about this thing inside of us." Tasneem said to them. "You ready think he will just talk about it to us?" Jamey asks her making Tasneem think about it. "It will take some time for us to understand what is happening to us." Cheyenne said to them. "How long?" Jesse asks her making Cheyenne look at her. "Who knows, we've been training with Splinter trying to figure it all out." Cheyenne said to her making Jesse nod. "Let's hope we can figure it out before our inner selves take the brothers and Splinter to Shredder." Jamey said to them.

Later that night, the Ninja Turtles continued in their search for more Mutagen canisters in one out of thousands of alleyways. "Come on, Donnie. Don't get so bent out of shape about April. She'll come around." Raph said to Donnie who was looking at the Ooze Compact that Cheyenne made to find the mutagen canister. "Yeah, I guess you're right." Donnie said to him then Donnie looks at Cheyenne who was talking with Tasneem. "Did you find it yet? I'm getting bored by the second." Tasneem said to her while holding onto Cheyenne's arm. "Stop that." Cheyenne said to her making Donnie laugh a little while Jesse walks over to the trash bin where Mikey was in. "Mikey." Jesse calls him making Mikey pop out with a look on his face. "No sign of any mutagen, but you're not gonna believe what I found." Mikey said to Jesse as Leo walks over to them. Mikey pulls out a toy iguana wearing a top hat and monocle making Leo jump back a little. "An iguana wearing a top hat. Isn't that cool? I mean, why would you throw this out?" Mikey asks them while Leo rolls his eyes a little. "Ello, gov'nor. How do you like my mon-acle?" Mikey said to Leo in an accent. "Monocle." Donnie and Cheyenne correct Mikey. "Whatever." Mikey said to them while Raph walks over to his little brother. "You realize that could be a distant cousin?" Raph asks him. "And he's stuffed with sawdust." Jamey said to Mikey while looking around. "Eww, sick!" Mikey yelled as he throws the toy away. "Quiet, guys. The ooze scanner that Cheyenne made is going crazy again." Donnie said to them while the gadget was going off. "I told you a mutagen was close-by." Cheyenne said to Raph. "You're scanner's about as useless as a trench coat on a turtle." Raph said to her making Cheyenne give him a look. "How would you know that the disguise is useless? Or maybe you saw it in shows and movies." Cheyenne said to him. "Hey, just give her a chance, Raph. It's our fault those containers went missing." Jesse said to Raph. "We got to find 'em before some random Joe ends up mutated." Leo said to them while Donnie stands on top of a bin following the gadget. "This way." Donnie said to them while pointing to a nearby building. They climb the building where Tasneem spots the canister making her run over to it. "Found it!" Tasneem yelled while the others run over to her. "Sweet." Mikey said then he look over to Donnie and Cheyenne. "How many does that bring us up to?" Mikey asks them. "One and a half." Cheyenne answers Mikey as she walks over to Tasneem. "But look at the bright side: Only 63 more to go." Donnie said to them while Cheyenne takes the canister. "Do we have to find all of the mutagen containers?" Tasneem asks Cheyenne who looks at her. "Yeah, this is no fun at all." Mikey said to them taking Tasneem's side. "Yes, we have to." Leo said to the younger turtles. "But..." Mikey said to them making Jamey pull on Mikey's mask ends. "Ow." Mikey said then the group moves on. Later the turtles were on a rooftop with a building board where Mikey and Tasneem were on. "We've been looking for mutagen for days now, dudes and Dudettes. This is so boring. I'm gonna scream." Mikey said to them then he let out a long annoyingly scream in boredom. "Mikey!" The group yelled at him but Tasneem. "Okay, okay, we get it. We'll take a little break and do something fun. Cool?" Leo said to them making the cheer. "Training session. Yes!" Leo said while rising his hands in the air making Jesse smile at Leo. "Aww." Everyone said at the same time making Leo and Jesse look at them. "Guys, sensei wants me to train you, and that's what I'm gonna do. You see Dragon gate over there?" Leo said to them pointing at a Chinese-looking gate. "Yeah." Everyone said to him. "I'm gonna defend it, like king of the mountain, okay? Now, the only way you can get past me is to use traditional close-quarters fighting. Got it?" Leo asks them. "Whatever you say, fearless leader. Let's just get it over with." Raph said to him making Leo roll his eyes before looking at Jesse. "Wish me luck." Leo said to her and he kisses Jesse's cheek then he jumps down to the gate. "Guys, I've got an idea." Raph said to them making the group look at him.
