The Crimson Tyrant: Part 24

*Third POV*

To say the pain Ciel felt wasn't powerful is an understatement  and a lie as he felt he like he was gonna puke or pass out as the ink surrounded Riddle. He felt like him and his soul were drowning in darkness and evil as he clutched his chest. Ciel's vision was surrounded by red and black as sound and sight of ink running and spattering all over. He felt the strange seal begin to burn as it felt warmer, painful, but feels familiar to him. But he couldn't put to much though into it as he heard his friends cried out.

"Ciel!" He looked to see Ace, Deuce and Grim was standing behind him while looking at him in concern.

"I'll be okay! But I'm more concern about Riddle." Ciel shouted as the group looks at Riddle after the ink disappeared.

They all watched in horror at Riddle's new appearance as Ciel felt that he had stopped breathing for a bit. Riddle's eyes were red filled violence with a black crown of ink that looked like iron topped his head. He has a lace heart patch with his right eye flaring with red fire. A fan of spear of spades were behind his back, with a white torn and holey collar. A black and red corset top with a huge black and red heart in the center covered his torso.

Ripped black and red sleeves were on Riddle's shoulders, and dripping from his arms and hands was black ink, which covered them. Inky black thorns was wrapped around him, along with the black and gold belts that wrapped tightly against his chest. A torn bustle of black and red hung down his black pants to the heart capped thigh high black boots. White roses drenched in black ink around his waist with rose embroidery on the corset. Tendrils of black and red playing cards with their suites floated at his sides attached to the long bustle, a red in black slashed up shadow tried to grab at the others. On the bottom of his heeled boots, ink dripped down.

"A dark aura is flowing out of him!" Ciel cried out in horror and pain

"Heh heh heh... AH HA HA HA! You are fools to defy me! You are not welcome in my world. In my world, I am the law. I am order made manifest! The only response I will accept from you is "Yes, Housewarden Riddle." All who defy me will lose their heads! Ah ha ha ha ha!" Riddle stated while laughing like a manic.

"Dear me, what have I done? I've allowed a student to overblot in my presence!" Crowley said in sorrow with a distressed look.

"'Overblot'? What does that mean?!" Grim asked as Ciel nods in agreement

"Overblot is a dangerous condition that mages must avoid at all costs. At the moment, he is overcome by negative energy, and has lost control of his magic and emotions." Crowley explained

"Okay, sure... but what does that mean?" Grim questioned

"Please explain!" Deuce pleaded

"We need to know right now, Crowley!" Ciel pleaded

"To put it in layman's terms, he's in evil berserker mode!" Cater simplified for them while having a distressed smile on his face.

"If he keeps releasing magical energy, we could be looking at a loss of life here - his included." Trey said 

"Which means not only will others be killed but he to will be killed?" Ciel questioned with dread as Trey nods.

"That's sadly the case" Cater told Ciel as he looked down

"That's not gonna happen... I'll not all it." Ciel said softly to himself.

"Uh, WHAT?!" Grim cried out in shock as Ciel motioned for the boys to separate from the others, once they were far enough, Ciel spoke to them quietly.

"We have to save Riddle... He doesn't deserve to die like this." Ciel said as the boys nods, before explaining to them his plan.

"The well-being of my students is my top priority. Therefore, I must evacuate them immediately. As for Mr. Rosehearts, we must restore his consciousness before his magical energy runs dry. For as bad as losing him would be, there are scenarios that are far worse... Listen well: I need all of you to seek help from the other housewardens and members of the faculty." Crowley instructed
