Kohaku finally stops as a Poisonous insect fly's over to Kohaku's hand. "I wish I knew what these things were saying." I think as I let out a sigh causing Kohaku to turn to me.
"(Y/N), I have to go meet someone so stay in this area." Kohaku informs causing me to point to my wrist.
"What am I supposed to do if the miasma starts spreading?" I ask causing Kohaku to look over at the insect causing it to fly towards me and drops something in my hand.
"A bracelet?" I question causing me to look up at Kohaku, whos eyes were now lifeless.
"I believe you've earned this, (Y/N)." Kohaku responds, but I knew it was just Naraku using him as if he was a cellphone. "So he must be buying into me being on his side now." I think as a slight slime appears on my face.
"Thank you." I thank as I place the white beaded bracelet on my wrist causing it to turn purple.
"As long as you don't take off that bracelet the Miasma won't spread throughout your body. Don't make me regret giving it to you..." Kohaku trails off, but before I could answer Kohaku's eyes return to normal causing the insect to fly off.
"I shall return." Kohaku insists and I nod.
"I'll be waiting." I smile causing Kohaku to jump into the nearest tree. "I've received a little bit of trust, but I shouldn't get careless." I think as I let out a sigh as I take a seat next to the tree I was standing by, but then a terrible smell suddenly wafts into my nose.
"Goodness, is that me?" I ask as I bring my arm to my nose causing me to quickly pull it away with a grossed out expression. "I definitely need a bath..." I think causing me to get up and begin walking, while looking around.
"Water, let's see..." I trail off as I finally spot a pond causing me to smile.
"Thank God!" I chirp as I quickly look around to see if there was anyone, but as soon as I made sure I was alone. I immediately get dressed and walk into the pond that was a little cold, but the determination of wanting to wash my body kept me from caring about the waters temperature. Finally my body was accustomed to the water causing me to lean my head back into the water getting my hair wet, while starring up at the sky.
"Who could Kohaku have been going to see?" I wonder as I allowed my body to float in the water as I watched a couple of clouds roll by, but then my eyes widen. "I sense a Jewel Shard. Is it Kohaku coming back already?" I wonder as I quickly get out of the pond and dress myself.
"Wait, there's 3?" I question as I quickly look in the direction I felt the shards in causing my eyes to widen.
"You spies are losing you're touch." A familiar voice rings out as dark blue eyes stared back at me. "Why does this guy's voice sound so familiar to me?" I wonder as I see he has black long hair that was in a braid, who was dressed in armor.
"Are you from the castle?" The man asks as he narrows his eyes at me. "I've seen that armor somewhere before, haven't I?" I wonder as the guy begins walking towards me and suddenly grabs my throat and a lock of my hair.
"Answer me!" The man demands as his sharp glare locks onto my eyes. "this voice... This armor... Don't tell me this guy is..." I think as he begins to apply pressure on throat causing me to snap out from my thoughts and I glare back at him.
"Let go." I insist, but a sound of leaves rustling causes us both to glance over to see Kohaku standing there.
"Bankotsu sir, I ask that you release her." Kohaku requests causing Bankotsu to narrow his eyes at him.
