(To Kagome)
"It must be the aura from Hijiri island. It's so strong, Kirara isn't even transforming." Songo states as she looks down at Kirara, who was laying in her lap, while Shippo was hanging onto the ledge of the boat with a drowsy expression.
"To live is to die, to die is to live. Saint Hakushin beneath the earth, Mount Hakurei will return to Hijiri." Shintaro mutters causing Kagome to put on a curious expression.
"What is that?" Kagome asks causing Shintaro to look back at her.
"It's a children's song that's been sung around these parts for a long time. Even when he was alive, Saint Hakushin had wonderous spiritual powers. They say he saved many people of this region." Shintaro answers.
"Oh." Miroku sounds out.
"Look, that's Mount Hakurei in the distance. at the base of the Mountain is a place of purification." Shintaro informs.
"A place of purification?" Kagome questions.
"It's a Temple built by the Wise One himself. If you pray there, they say all of your sins will be absolved." Shintaro responds causing Kagome to put on a concerned expression.
"Hey, you know the barrier around the Mountain? I wonder who it was that created it." Kagome points out causing everyone, but Songo to look over at her.
"Yes. Someone, or perhaps some thing, had to have raised the Sacred barrier. Strange, though. It's the opposite of anything Naraku would typically use." Songo made known as she starred down at Kirara.
"That's Hijiri island. Be very careful. There are craggy rocks everywhere. If the boat sink on an outcropping-" Shintaro was interrupted by a crash sound and water begins shooting up into the boat.

Standing up from where I was sitting, my eyes widen as I turn to feel several familiar presences.
"What's up, pervert?" Bankotsu asks as I grit my teeth.
"They're close..." I trail off causing a smirk to appear on Bankotsu's expression, but I quickly turn away.
"About damn time." Bankotsu remarks as he stand up causing me to glance over at him.
"We should head back to the hut and prepare." I advice, while beginning to walk away which makes Bankotsu chuckle.
"Quite the serious one, aren't you?" Bankotsu questions causing me to stop and look down to see clothing with bones surrounding it.
"I just can't afford to make any mistakes." I respond with a sigh. "I can't give myself away, nor can I let anyone become like this person here." I think as I clench my already made fists.
(To Kagome)
"Here we go." Inuyasha groans, while beginning to jump through the barrier with Shintaro and Kagome with him.
"It's like the barrier around Mount Hakurei. Not as strong though, by the looks of it." Inuyasha points out as they finally land in a field of flowers.
"Now, I'm sure of it. It's these flowers. They smell just like Naraku's Demon Puppet." Inuyasha adds with a serious expression.
"There never used to be flowers like these growing around here." Shintaro states as he looks around, while Songo, Miroku walk up with Shippo and Kirara in their hands.
"Are you all right, Shippo?" Miroku asks.
"Sure, I'm doing great." Shippo answer, but still looked nauseous.
