Hakudoshi and I were riding on Entei when a yawn escaped my mouth. "God, I'm so fucking tired!" I think as we suddenly stop causing my eyes to shoot open to see a river below us.

"That was incredible, pa!" A young Demon's voice rings out causing me to look closer to see a male otter Demon along with his child.

"It's easy once you get the hang of it. Wanna try?" The Father Otter-Demon asks, while looking back at his son.

"Yeah!" The young Otter-Demon squeaks as he begins to rush into the river, but then hits a deep part and goes under. "That was foolish..." I think as I see the Father Otter rush over to his son and pick him up out of the water.

"You're ok, Son." The Father Otter reassures as he begins to walk him over to the bank.

"You have to keep an eye on the water's depth. Can't have an Otter drowning in a river." The Father Otter addresses as he was wiping his son off with a towel causing a pain to ring out through my chest. "Could this pain be my heart trying to feel, but the shard won't let it?" I wonder, but Entei suddenly goes down into the river drawling my attention.

"You can't be serious-"

"Kanta, you must hide quickly." The Father Otter inturrupts me as he glares over at Hakudoshi, but Kanta let's out a confused sound.

"Just go, hurry." The Father Otter insists causing Kanta to nod. "So he wants their heads..." I think as that same pain grows in my chest as I see Kanta run into the forest as the Father faces us.

"Who are you, two? You both are not from around here." The Father Otter made known causing Hakudoshi to hold up his weapon.

"Entei." I whisper causing Entei to twitch his ears as Hakudoshi goes to cut the Father Otter's head off. However, Entei quickly kicks the Father Otter backwards.

"What are you doing, Entei?" Hakudoshi asks as he glares over at Entei, but I clear my throat causing him to glance over at me.

"We don't need it, there's no point in having such a low-class Demon's head." I answer causing Hakudoshi to stare at me for a moment, but I look away and over towards the Otters. "Stupid creatures..." I think as I see Entei fly back up into the sky, but Hakudoshi wore an annoyed expression.

(Time Skip)

We made it to a run down Shrine causing Hakudoshi to grab the head off Entei and walk into the Shrine making me let out a sigh. Suddenly, Entei lays down on the ground causing me to move my legs to one side and slide down Entei and lay against him.

"You did a good job today, Entei." I praised causing Entei to lay his head down close to me and I pat it right before the sleep took over.

"That's awesome, Dad!" A child's voice rings out causing a scene to begin unfolding before me.

"Would you like to try, (Y/N)?" A male voice I haven't heard in what seems like forever asks.

"Yes please!" I chirp, while grabbing onto the fishing pole. "This was when Dad took me fishing on a boat for the first time." I think as Dad came into view and went to grab his other fishing pole.

"Now you have to pay attention to the bobber, (Y/N). When it goes down pull as hard as you can, ok?" Dad questions and I nod as he turns for a moment to bait his hook.

"Oh, it's down!" I squeaked as I quickly pulled the Fishing Pole, but I didn't expect for it to pull back and dragged me into the water. "I was drowning, this is what brought about my fear of boats." I think but then feel someone grabbing me causing my eyes to shoot open and I begin to cough.
