y/n heard a knock on her door and dropped her pen on her study table before getting up to open the door. it revealed a butler with a big envelope in his hands, "young miss, you have something for you." "for me?" he nodded before explaining, "a man came to deliver this to you, saying it is very important. probably another love confession, nothing new for our young miss, hm?" jaehyun giggled slightly making y/n flustered. 

"thank you, you may take your leave now." he bowed before leaving. she sat down with suspicion, finding this envelope very strange. she was about open it when someone suddenly screamed her name, "choi y/n! come here right now!"

linda?

y/n came down see a very happy linda, who was weeping her eyes out a few days ago. "what has gotten into you suddenly? my love, are we doing alright?" linda gave her a weirded out look but shrugged it off, "i have to tell you! i think i met my guardian angel!"

they then sat down on the couch and linda started telling y/n about everything that happened on that day, about that man dressed in black, the comforting gesture, the words, the note and the sandwich.

y/n sat in silence as she listened to all of it. "oh, i'm getting goosebumps listening to it. are you sure you're not mistaken?" "i thought that too but then i talked to a physic and they told me that it was my guardian angel trying reach out to me and help me."

"then i guess it was all for the good. let's do something fun to make your guardian angel happy?" "yes! let's bake those sanrio cookies i wanted to make!" linda jumped in excitement before pulling y/n with her to the kitchen. "jaehyun, please help us make the cookies, i think we need your help." linda asked jaehyun before jaehyun nodded and agreed, "of course. your wish is my command, young miss."

y/n gasped of admiration as jaehyun took out the tray of freshly baked cookies out of the oven. linda drooled over the lovely smell of the cookies and couldn't wait to taste it. jaehyun carefully put the tray on the counter, "they turned out to be well-baked." he said proudly.

"taste it and tell us how it is." y/n ushered him to taste it. jaehyun took one of the white and red cookie and took a bite as y/n and linda watched him in anticipation. "delicious!" he exclaimed as he finished his cookie like a little child. 

the girls were trying to suppress their laughter as they watch jaehyun absent mindedly eat the cookie while his nose remains covered in batter, "what is it?" jaehyun asked confused before linda lends him a tissue , "you might want to wipe your nose, young man." jaehyun's eyes widen before he quickly wipes it off.

linda stops laughing and starts decorating the cookies but y/n still keeps on biting her tongue to avoid breaking out into laughter. jaehyun looks at her and raises his eyebrows to ask what is it this time and she pointed at linda and he noticed the flour on her cheek. linda turned to look at the both who have been quiet for long and this time jaehyun was the one to hand her tissue and say, "the flour looks nice on you, young miss."

y/n and jaehyun's laughter fills the room as linda thinks of something playful. linda smirks at them before grabbing a handful of flour from the container. the young miss and butler's eyes widens and start running around as linda chases them with flour in her hand, "i'm gonna get you two!".
