Miggy is now living on a penthouse unlike the unit he had before when we were still together. It consumed the whole floor of the top most floor of the building providing us a great scenic view of the cityscape.

Lumapit ako sa floor to ceiling window at tinignan ang mga tao sa labas. I thought about how our afternoon went before we came here. I opened my phone to see how far my hotel was from his unit. Just another hour...two hours if the traffic is as bad since it was a rainy evening.

"What's that?" He asked.

"Uhm...I booked a hotel for me just in case..."

"Just in case I won't let you sleep here?"

I bit my lower lip. As much as I enjoyed Miggy's company, I still try to stray from the conversation about us. Our label. What are we to each other now. We are dating but are we exclusive? Am I his girlfriend and he is my boyfriend?

"Why won't I let you sleep here? You're my girlfriend."

"Am I really? Your girlfriend?" A label is one. He hasn't said I love you to me yet. It may be a small thing for others but hearing that will solidify the relationship we have now. That I have succeeded.

"Oo naman. What are we doing then all this time?"

I shook my head. One step at a time. He gave me something big to hold on to now. He will later on, I know.

"I'm just overthinking. I'll call the hotel to cancel my booking."

"Just this and that...the school...my family...your family...us..."

"Looks like you're not as tired as I thought."

He captured my lips when I turned my head to look at him to ask what he meant. When his hands moved around my body, I knew that this isn't my last round for the night.
