I woke up this time before Miggy. Miggy hasn't asked me to move in yet with him and I am still waiting for him to steer the relationship in whatever direction he wants.

Despite being happy with me, he was still cold or serious with other people and members in the club. I actually find it cute that I'm the only one to see that side of him.

"Hi Johnny, good morning." I place my phone on speaker because I wanted to finish cooking before Miggy wakes up.

"Hmm..you sound happy."

"Because I am. And hopefully you're calling me with bringing good news. What's up? How's Agatha?"

Johnny went back to Paris after he stayed here for a couple of months. "I have some big news."

I plated our toasts and started preparing the avocado. "Stop the suspense and tell me what the news is, Johnny."

"Okay, so one of the biggest international ballet institutions contacted me yesterday. They wanted to talk to you."

Kumunot ang noo ko. "About what?"

"They want to strike a deal with you. They heard that you are starting up a school in the Philippines."

"Hmm.." I sipped my tea.

"They are currently putting up an academy for ballerinas here in Paris and they want you to be one of the teachers. Not only that. You'll be one of the board of directors if you accept. You see, this isn't just a simple school. Its an elite one where royalties and some of the children from richest and famous families can go to."

"Why me? There's a lot of ballerinas out there who can do that."

"Many kids adore you, you know that. They are just asking for a five year deal. In exchange for that, they will be sponsoring your school. That means you can send more ballerinas in Paris! My gosh! The possibilities are endless!"

I bit my lower lip. Just the thought of more Filipina ballerinas going to Paris is making my heart burst. Hindi na sila mahihirapan tulad ko. But its a five year deal.

"I can schedule a meeting for you in two weeks. Does that work? You can think about it."

I splattered the avocado on the bread. "That's a very nice opportunity, Johnny. Think about the kids we'll be helping."

"I know! Okay...so I'm scheduling the meeting right now. And they are also giving you a bigger apartment in Paris no less! Girl, your life will be every ballerina's dream."

I can't hide my smile even as Johnny's call ended a few minutes ago.

I placed the poached eggs on each toast and grabbed my tea nang muntik ko ng mabitiwan iyon. Miggy was leaning on the kitchen's doorframe.

"Ginulat mo naman ako." I placed his plate on the counter in front of me. I settled beside him and was about to eat when I saw him staring at me. "What?"

"You look so happy." There's something in his eyes as he said that.

I looked at his face.

"Uhmm...I'm always happy in the morning. Did you just woke up? Tulog ka pa yata."

"Yeah...I just woke up."
