"It has always been a dream of mine to build a school for aspiring ballerinas. During my time it was really difficult to look for opportunities abroad. So now, I want to see more Filipino ballerinas in the international stage. Maraming talentadong Pilipino dito na wala lang pagkakataon na makapag-aral o makalipad sa ibang bansa. Of course, I also want to expand the ballet stage here in our country. So thank you for trusting me in teaching your children. Welcome!"

I smiled before going down the podium. Inabot ni Agatha ang mga bulaklak sa akin bago kami kumuha ng mga litrato. The school started a few months before but we just had the official opening ceremony today.

Some of the Versailles members were there too like Jarvis, Enteng, Thunder, and Iñigo. Even Calhoun and Prince Rizky wants to come but I don't think I can handle the security for them. We're in the middle of the city and there are many holes for security breaches. I won't take my chances.

Carrie sent her regards through her members and the big flower arrangements on top of that. I felt a squeeze in my heart to know that they still see me as family.

"If you need investors, you know we're here."

I smiled at Enteng's offer. Always a friend willing to help. "Thanks, I appreciate the offer. I'll have my assistant call you."

"How are you holding up?"

Kumunot ang noo ko. They visited me here a few months before when I can finally walk. I trained so hard since then and now I can do short distance jogs. I'll be back to dancing in no time.

"I'm doing great! How have you been? Finally found a decent date?"

Iñigo coughed to hide his laughter. "Decent my ass."

"Oh so you did?" I feel excited for him. I think he'll really make a good boyfriend.

"Not really. She isn't as on board as I am." He said trying to hide his scowl.

"You should visit the club from time to time to see some action." Natatawang sabi ni Thunder.

"You're not gonna tell me who?"

Tinapik ni Jarvis ang balikat ko. "It's best that you see it for yourself. And bring oopcorn when you do. It will never not be funny."

Bumaling ako rito. "So how about you, Jarvis?"

"Let's say I'm busy."

"Busy courting a certain dragon queen." Tila bumabawi na sabi ni Enteng dito.

"Shut up."

Huh. "Am I thinking the right woman?"

"A woman. If that's what you call that creature. Hmm." Sabi ni Iñigo.

I smirked. These men are so easy to read. But I'm still intrigued on who Enteng is trying to date. With his name, face, status, power, and money, who can reject him?

"We'll let you get back to your duties. We have to run along anyway."

I hugged each of them. "Thanks for coming. Send my regards to the other club members."

"I didn't know you had very handsome friends."

Natatawa akong nilingon si Agatha. "I don't think your husband will like that."

"I am married but I have eyes. I can appreciate."

"They are Versailles club members. My ballerinas." I smiled proudly. Who knew these gorgeous men danced ballet at some point?

"Oh my gosh! Sila ba iyun?"

Tumango ako. "My first students. Hindi mo ba sila namukhaan?" I sent her the video of our performance.

"They were in costumes, Ria! They were wearing custom business suits today! How should I know?"

I shrugged. "I'll introduce you next time when your husband is around."

"I'm not the one drooling. Iyung mga staff ng school."

"Right..." I chuckled.

Dumiretso na kami sa opisina para ilapag ang mga gamit doon.

"I'm happy to finally see you genuinely happy. I thought I'd never see the day."

I sat on my chair and faced her. "Why not?"

"C'mon you've been through a lot. You know what I mean."

I breathed in and out deeply. "I thought the same, Agatha. I'm in a better place now more than anywhere I've been. When I was in Paris, I was able to fulfill my dream but at the back of my mind, I left my heart in the Philippines. The next time I came back, my heart broken and put together multiple times. Ngayon lang ako nabuhay para sa akin. You know what I mean? I mean there's the school but I'm in control of everything. So yeah, I'm happy."

"Are you going back to dating soon?"

"I don't know. Maybe I should. I'm not getting any younger and I still want kids."

The visit to the ob wasn't traumatic but she did give me a heads-up that my age may be a factor in bearing children. Even if everything's normal now, who knows what might happen tomorrow?

The accident prompted me to freeze my eggs. Ganoon ko kagustong magka-anak. I just don't know when and with whom.

"Normally, I'll say take your time but you are not getting any younger. I doubt you'll have a baby with the first man you date after today. You're a romantic."

"I'll just go with the flow for now. Wherever this leads me, then I'll just follow."

Agatha reached out to my hands. "That's the next thing I'll wish for you, Ria. You deserve all the happiness in the world."

I smiled. "I can feel it. I can feel life pushing me that way."

Agatha left me after a few more hours to go back to Paris. Her husband and daughter are missing her. I told her to stop coming here without her family. Ako na lang ang bibisita roon. That way, she doesn't have to miss them that much.

I looked at my calendar and smiled. The first recital will be in two months. I'm already feeling proud of my students.

Joanna Sullivan-Byrne.

Ilan ba ang Joanna Sullivan-Byrne sa Pilipinas? I know one particular with the same name. She's Juan Miguel's oldest sister, Joanna.
