IT IS WHAT IT IS, supposedly the fifth story under THE SHOWBIZ SERIES; however, I decided to replace it and not be able to publish the fourth story, which is A CROWN OR FOREVER; I decided not to continue it because of the lack of a strong plot and because of some unnecessary things in that story.

I want to end this series with the story that I dearly want, even though it hurts to not publish the fourth one, but I guess it's the right one to remain unpublished and not push to publish and ruin the series.

I started the showbiz series with a BL story, so I'll end this with a BL story either.

This story is a work of the author's imagination. The plot, characters, settings, scene, and some incident never happened, and it's just in my mind. Some of the business brands, companies, organizations, and shows that I'm going to mention are not sponsored, and some of them just popped into my mind and never existed. The university, like the University of Santo Tomas and the UAAP, is not affiliated with this story.

The crowd was loud when I entered the court. The crowd and loudness that I missed after getting an injury that almost killed my dream.

Playing in the pro league is a dream. But because of what happened, all of that's faded. I thought, "I'll never back here." I started doubting myself and telling myself; yung laro ko, wala na.

Huminga ako ng malalim pagka-abot ng bola. I closed my eyes while taking time, feel the ball before serve.

Today is the big night, a championship match. It is the first time I'll enter, as a player, as the server either.

Hindi naman ako nag rereklamo. I'm thankful pa nga, kasi our coach gave me a chance to play again. Sadly, I never try to play with enough time, but I understand my situation. Kagagaling ko lang, nagkokondisyon palang.

When I opened my eyes, tanging target ang hinahanap ko. Handa ang position nila, handa silang i-receive ang serve na galing sa 'kin. Walang butas, at hirap hanapan ng butas.

Lamig ng kamay ko, sakit ng tyan ko, nangangatog ang tuhod ko. . . Tangina. Paano pa ako kakalma nito?

"Andy! Let's Go!" someone yelled in the crowd.

Nawala ang sikip sa aking dibdib.

"Relax, Captain!"

"Andy, kaya mo yan."
