Ophelia

"Ophelia? Are you done yet?" Ethan yelled one more time.

This man has no patience!

"Ophelia, mom and dad are waiting in the garage since last thirty minutes. How long are you gonna take?" Ethan yelled as I opened the door of my room.

"For someone who was against the idea of this whole trip, you sure are too impatient," I rolled my eyes and told him and walked down the stairs with the huge suitcase.

"What the fuck is that?" Ethan said and climbed a few steps up to help me.

Spoilt brat but, chivalrous. Nice.

He took the bag from me and said, "I didn't think you were the kind of a girl to pack the whole house for a three day trip."

"I am not. I pack light," I nodded and followed behind him.

"This is your definition of light?" he raised his eyebrows at me.

I rolled my eyes, "No. This is," I said pointing to the backpack on my shoulders.

"Oh. So, that's all you are getting to the trip. Good. But, then why the fucking hell are you making me drag this down?" he asked with annoyance.

I rolled my eyes again, "Cause it's coming with us."

He raised his eyebrows in question, "Too early for me to solve your riddles, Ophelia."

I rolled my eyes again, "I'll explain downstairs. Let's go."

"Wait, let me get the keys for the other car. I'll have to take the SUV," he shook his head.

"Nope. We are still taking this car," I told him.

"You know there is not gonna be enough space left in my car to sit right? Your suitcase will take up most of it," he frowned at me.

"Exactly my point," I rolled my eyes.

"Ophelia, what are you-"

"Your parents are waiting, Ethan. Let's go," I rolled my eyes.

"Stop rolling your eyes!" he groaned as we walked towards the door.

"What?" I frowned.

"You spoke about eight sentences since you walked out of your room and six of them were with an eye roll. You're sure they don't hurt?" he asked me as he locked the apartment.

"Yes, I am," I rolled my eyes again.

He glared at me and shook his head.

I pursed my lips to stop myself from chuckling as he dragged that suitcase and walked toward the parking garage.

I waved at James and Anastasia, who were waiting for us near the car, standing near one headlight each, and said, "Hey, sorry for the wait. Ethan took a lot of time in getting ready."

"What the fuck!" Ethan looked at me with his mouth open in shock.

"What?" I looked at him innocently, "Come on, Ethan. I know we agreed on not telling them but, it's okay. They've been waiting for a bit. I am sure they won't be mad at you though. Right?" I asked James and Anastasia.

"Yeah, it's... it's okay," James said and smiled at Ethan lightly.

"It's okay, gios," Anastasia gave Ethan a small, forced smile.

"That's not-"

"I think we must load the bags and get going," I cut him off.

Ethan gritted at me and then, shook his head and nodded towards Mr. Coles, signaling him to come help us.
