Aaron's room when he was a squire was still vacant from the day he left and that was the room he and Tundra took. The room was the same as he remembered it; perhaps it did look a little smaller. He has been used to the great outdoors that the room may appear smaller; Aaron has also grown taller.

They settled in. Aaron and Tundra spent a few days in Arkbowel; helping in any ways they can. From cleaning to cooking, gathering wood to hunting for food; they did all of it. They would be so busy throughout the day that they would only really see each other in the bedroom.

Of course, Aaron would arrange that when he goes out in the forest to gather wood Tundra joins his to hunt so they are cheered for upon their return.

One morning while Aaron was handing out rations to the people on the street a white carriage with encrusted with darkened metal stripes along the edges and along the door with a metal cross embedded at the bottom panel arrived; it was pulled by a beautiful pale horse. The headgear also had a cross on its forehead.

As the carriage moved along Aaron could see people following behind on foot. They all wore pristinely white robes and held their palms clasped and walked solemnly. It was distracting Aaron from his task at hand. He continued serving the food; once he finished he went to the stables to report and proceed to his next task.

Sir Jevin, a knight Aaron was highly fond of was the one he was supposed to report to, that knight however didn't know who Aaron was; all he was told is that the person could be trusted. That Sir Jevin was standing in the stables and tending to the pale horse Aaron saw pass earlier.

Aaron greeted the knight who greeted him back with the same joyful enthusiasm he always had, as Aaron remembered. "I'm done with handing out the food to the people on my street. That is one beautiful horse; who does it belong to?" Aaron thought of a good way to find out who the people were just now. Anyone would say that they are from the Church, but something told Aaron this wasn't a normal case.

"It is a beauty; it belongs to newly formed group called 'Godhunters'. They appeared some time after the first beasts began attacking; they consist of volunteers who wished to dedicate their lives to protecting the world from evil and dark forces. Have you not heard of them before? They made quite the name for themselves." Sir Jevin was a little curious what kind of rock Aaron was living under.

"I haven't, no; this is my first time hearing about them."

"Hm, they must have caught wind that the king was gathering representatives from every noble family and other kingdoms to come up with a plan of action." Sir Jevin spoke his mind out loud and chuckled with a cheerful grin he said. "I heard that even the three Great Clans who usually keep to themselves will be coming too."

"Four." Aaron corrected him; Tundra already told him that the king asked her to attend and she asked him if he would like to come sit by her side. Sir Jevin turned to look at him with a confused expression."Four great clans will be present."

Sir Jevin clicked his tongue explaining that the fourth clan, Tereis clan has long since fallen to ruin. Aaron held back, all would be revealed in good time so for the time being he will return to his tasks.

He waited by the gate, Tundra was supposed to dispatch soon. Right on time; she walked in the company of three men; one was a squire that didn't do particularly well in many training sessions but made up all of it with his archery skills, he saw him split an arrow three times on the same target.

The other was a guard who also had his fair share of archery but was mainly there to help if a wolf or bear was to show and become a threat to the hunting squad. The third man was a smith, and Lloyd's father a cheerful and honest man. He forged and assembled rabbit traps to place around; it is best not to mess with another man's work so he personally goes out to check on those traps and replace them if needed.
