Everyone waited for the king to jump in and sort out the situation; the king sat with his fingers crossed and did nothing. Some were questioning his integrity as a king.
"As the last living descendants of the Tereis clan I wish reuse the clan hall to serve as the base for the dragon warriors." Tundra finished.
The people present began to chatter of the words the young woman spoke. A man in white robes and greyed hair kept a straight face, directed towards Tundra. Aaron could feel that man was plotting something though he couldn't read what he wanted it made Aaron's blood boil.
The same man in red robes from earlier spoke again. "Dragon warriors are a myth lady." The Jamal reminded him from across the table he was still addressing a member of the great Four Clans stressing out greatly the Four. "My apologies, but that doesn't change the fact the dragons are a fairytale."
Aaron took a step forward; Tundra held out her hand and stopped him from advancing further. He wished she would just let him do what she wanted. A rift opened up on the door of the room. Out walked a hellhound, with a boy on his back, a snow elf, a man with a blue bird nestled in his hair and a seemingly regular man walking beside the black beast.
Everyone present started feeling nauseous and weak seeing a hellhound, all but Aaron and Tundra and naturally the people that came through the rift together. Keir held his hand up like he was about to wave but left it hanging.
"Pardon our intrusion; I need to speak with my sister and brother-in-law." Keir smiled placing his hands on Tundra and Aaron's shoulder. Aaron looked at him and spotted a man that he recalls swing somewhere but he doesn't know where to place him in his memory. Then it clicked.
"Why is the merchant here?" Aaron asked confused how he suddenly with them. "Did you kidnap him or something?"
"Of course not, he is the earth dragon!" Keir smiled widely and spoke rather loudly. "I told him about the whole Dragon guild shticks and he wanted to join."
The boy dropped down from Damien's back and rushed into Tundra's arms. He showed his glee to see Tundra was alright. Damien transformed into his human form and the pressure lifted. A man stood up, dressed in brownish yellow clothes. "Damien Lionheart; the noble that succumbed from a disease!"
"That's a name I haven't heard in a while..." Damien muttered as the entire room began discussing of his arrival. "Alright, enough!" Damien roared. The knights each pulled out their swords and tried to attack the man all but Cameron who stood up in their defence.
"What is the meaning of this Sir Cameron?" The king asked calmly; he knew Cameron wouldn't do something reckless as betraying him in broad daylight like that. The knight bowed, humbly asking if the knight could lower their weapons.
The king raised his hand for them to sheathe their swords and stand back. "Many thanks... Honestly, I don't want to be here, but you will need all the help you can get defending this place. The Abyss order will be attacking Arkbowel in a matter of days. They plan to summon the Abyss Lord in the valley west of here."
"What?!" Aaron and Tundra exclaimed in unison. Aaron continued from there. "Weren't we supposed to have two months of preparation time; now we have days?!" Damien explained it was a recent development and there was no way of disrupting it.
"So now what? The world is doomed." The hysteric man in red robes complained again.
"This is a big disaster." The man in a white robe and greying hair stood up and slowly walked towards them. "A hellhound is a harbinger of death, one is bad enough..." He looked at Damien and then his gaze panned over to Tundra. "... but two is even a greater threat..."
