The weather is good today. I love it when the clouds adorn the sky completely and the wind covers you from all the sides. It will definitely rain today. The good weather made my mood a lot more better and I knew that smile was clearly visible on my face. I was passing by the cafeteria when I saw a guy being ragged by a group of final years. Space's ragging never ends. I have been saved until now and I hope I remain too.

"Hey you!!" I heard a shout and stayed still to make sure it wasn't for me but my bad luck.

Go and get ragged now, Ms Murthy. You couldn't mind your own business.

I looked back at them and all of them were directly looking at me.

"Yes you shorty. Come here." Shortyyy?? I was offended but let's just not say it or else the ragging will get worse. A little bit ragging continues, only if it is within the respectful limits.

I moved inside saying a meek 'hello'.

"Come and have this drink." One of them said. He was the famous guy. He is overall a nice guy. I have heard about him.

I moved towards the table very hesitantly. I knew it was something miserable. Something that no one wants to even smell. A mixture of everything in the canteen.

"All of it??" What was the need to ask that Nandini?
I couldn't be more dumb.

"No. I'll share with you." His partner said mockingly and the one who was getting ragged, from my class chuckled. I gave him a deadly look before looking at the glass that I had to drink.

"Quick." Came voice of the nice guy. Aditya.

I picked up the glass and at the speed of snail brought it near my nose only to put it back. It smelled like sewage or worse that that.

"We don't have whole day for you. Drink it or a worse dare awaits you." Another from them said. All this group was over all good people but this time of the year was theirs. Also can't say no to them and then face their wrath forever.

"I will get sick." I reasoned. Knowing that I have no way out.

"We have sick bay here." Aditya bhai said.

"Have it." The other offered me the glass.

I took it.

I brought it closet to my mouth. With the other hand I closed my nose and drank it. A mere sip.

"Enough."

Aditya said.

I looked at him to see if he was joking or what.

"Adi it was fun." His friend said.

"Look at her. I think she'll be on bed for a whole year if she gets sick. Can't risk suspension in the final year." He said more like a taunt hinting on my short posture.

"Go and have fun kid." Another one said and I realized they were actually good people.

"And yes tell us if anyone else rags you. They can't when we had already." Aditya said.

"Thank you." I smiled at them.

"What's your name?" Aditya asked.

"Nandini Murthy." I replied.

"Are you from Mumbai?" He asked and then our interaction continued. It was the best one since I came here. At least I had good seniors. Some of them. I respected them right there.
