I've been walking for a while. About a few hours ago, Tatta had unfortunately passed from his brave sacrifice, I left. I left Kuina, Arisu and Usagi. I know it sounds pretty selfish of me but I told them I wanted to be alone for a while.

If I live then I get to live, if I die then... At least I can go join Tatta and everyone else in the afterlife. If there is one, I mean... What if it's just a black empty vast space.. What if when we die, we don't even know it. We don't remember before we were born so I don't think there would be an afterlife. Still, I hold the hope that u can see 'him' again.

I know I just finished a game but I'm not going to relax, people say that if you take too much time for yourself then you become depressed because of the sad thoughts.

I want to avoid becoming 'depressed'

So, I'm joining the Jack of hearts game.

3rd person.

Y/n silently walks into the prison corridor, her footsteps echoing from the silence. She approaches a table with a collar and a note that read, 'put on a collar and go upstairs to the central guard room.'

She lifts the collar up to her neck and waits for a moment until she hears a satisfying click, she then puts down her hands and looks down at the table again. She took the last collar, which means everyone is waiting up in the guard room.

It's quiet, which would usually be to her liking, but too quiet. She heads up the stairs into a room which has multiple people scattered around the sides. She looks around and takes in everyone's faces. She recognises two. Two recognize her.

Y/n furrows her eyebrows, two people she didn't want to see. That guy Banda, who she had met in that strange encounter some time ago; about a day before she found out about Karube, Chōta and Shibukis death.

The second person, Chishiya. The guy she had hoped was dead. Even though she wished he was dead, she was glad to see somebody familiar. For her benefit, it's a heart game which means she wouldn't be bothered if he had to die. Another benefit is that if they have to somehow work together, she knows who to go to.

Chishiya gives her a small wave then puts his hand back down into her pocket. The speakers chime.

Difficulty level:
Jack of hearts.

Game:
Solitary confinement.

Rules:
Guess the card suit that appears on the back of your collar.
However, you may not look at the symbol yourself.

"I can't see anything." A woman in the corner speaks, attempting to turn the collar.

The time limit is one hour per round.
In the final five minutes, enter your cell and disclose your symbol.

A gate opens up, revealing multiple lines up cells down a corridor. Enough for each person. Everyone looks.

If you do not answer with the correct symbol, it is game over.
The collar will explode, and you will die.
Additionally, when the time limit reaches zero.
The symbol on the collar will reset and change for each round.

"Wait a sec. So that means we just have to ask each other what our symbols are." A guy looking like he's dressed as a minion speaks up. "That's easy, huh?" He looks over at Chishiya who is standing next to him, he replies, "I'm not so sure. They haven't told us what the conditions to win are yet."
