A warm breeze blows through the air, letting the miraculous break in weather be known. The cold winter has finally made way for a refreshing spring.
Albeit, a very rainy spring. But still a little warmer and much more refreshing, nonetheless.
"Wow, it's really coming down out here." Yoongi says as he adjusts the speed of the wipers.
"I'll take this a little warmth over the snow." Harper informs.
"The September to October adjustment is my favorite. It's perfect."
"That fits you. A cozy day with a lukewarm breeze."
"That's good camping weather." Yoongi says as he holds Harper's hand.
"You really want to go camping, huh?"
"Yes. What gave me away? The three times I've brought it up?"
"Four."
"Really?"
"Yes." Harper says with a laugh.
"I don't remember that."
"How convenient." She jokes.
"I want you to come, too, if we go."
"But the bugs."
"We can use bug spray. Also fresh lavender and tea tree oil. But I can't guarantee you won't see a bug or two. We're going to be invading their personal space."
"I'll just drench myself in bug spray then."
"That means we can go?" Yoongi's eyes light up as he glances at her.
"Yeah, we can go. As long as I'm in charge of roasting marshmallows so you don't burn them."
"I was going to suggest that anyway." He beams at her.
"I love you."
"I love you more. We should go online and start getting stuff now for whenever we're ready to go. People go camping in the summer and sell out all the nice lanterns out and stuff out. And we'll have to get a good tent, some sleeping bags, water bottles."
"Can we get a canoe?" Harper asks.
Yoongi stops rubbing the back of her hand and looks at her.
"I'm joking." She says and laughs at the look on his face.
"Ha-Ha. I'm doubled over in hysterics."
"Oh, come on. They're not bad."
"They're small, very constricting. They're not very stable. It's like sitting on a terribly built teeter totter. And it's gonna be on water."
"Is it the water or the boat you're afraid of?"
"Both. Instability makes me nervous. And water gets very deep and very heavy."
