It was getting close to likely nine by now, you thought as the sun reached its third hour in the sky. You had enjoyed the chilly morning as you traveled north through the Tabantha region, even if your reasons for going to the village were a little less enjoyable. Of course, you were always happy to see Revali. But getting through to him here would be far from easy.

Your steed slowed as the snow became thicker, and you let a hot breath out that was visible for a moment before fading into the crisp, cold air. You tightened the hood over your head, one you wore to conceal your identity while necessary. You could see the stable just up ahead, so you whipped the reigns of your horse so you'd arrive and have him settled before the storm above you worsened.

You registered the horse to the stable, and while the stables man was taking his saddle and bridle off, you looked up at the beauty of what was your home back home.

Even if it was hard to see with the blizzard and fog rolling across it.

Once you knew your steed would be safe and comfortable, you continued your journey to the village on foot. All while carefully choosing how you'd introduce yourself to the Rito Champion when you arrived.

"Hey, I'm _____, I came from another world, and I'm here to convince you to go to a party. No." You huffed as you kept thinking, wanting to be delicate as you knew he'd be confused and upset, and perhaps even angry. But you hoped no matter what he was, by the end of your visit, you'd have come to an understanding with him. Or at least just spoken to him. It'd be progress.

As you walked through the snow, trudging step after step, you were unaware of the sharp eyes watching you carefully. Following your every movement.

Two rito soldiers perched upon a high rock stood tall as they eyed you, and after noticing your turn into one of the outposts of the village, they nodded to each other and leaped up, allowing the wind to catch them and bring them through the skies towards the village itself.

They landed on a wooden platform with several other guards, and the dark blue rito standing amongst them merely glanced back, awaiting a report. They pointed out to the outposts, and the older rito scoffed and shook his head.

"This nonsense again?" He huffed, and the warriors kept their eyes on him as they waited for instructions. The champion turned and pointed out towards the entrance, signaling for them to head out and be on defense. All of the guards flew towards the outposts, and Revali stepped towards the edge of the platform after them. "I've given them enough warning. Let's see how they like to play games."

You hummed as you continued your stroll, still oblivious to the warriors surrounding you with their bows aimed in your direction, readied with bomb arrows. You began to slow down as you felt you weren't alone, and the quiet sound of hissing accompanied your strange feeling. You looked around for the source, but you failed to find it. Though it only took you a moment to realize.

All of the bomb arrows were fired at you, and you leaped out of the way, just far enough so the shockwave of the explosion wouldn't hit you. You covered your face from the smoke and snow mix that rushed towards you, and you reached for your sword and quickly drew it from its scabbard.

You saw the rito warriors now, standing in different spots high above you. You looked towards the exit of the outpost, and you realized they were protecting the path. This is what Mipha meant when she said Revali had made it difficult to enter the north.

You smiled as you raised your hand to them to try and show them your fire, but any heat that formed on your palm was immediately blown away by the cold wind. So you tried to make a water ball instead. The water instantly turned to ice. And your hands were too cold to give a strong enough snap to summon lightning.
