"Take a deep breath in, and then slowly let it out. Let yourself relax." Amirah guided Zelda through a meditation session, one that Zelda wanted you to be a part of, but you wanted her and her mother to get the quality time in together. You sat in the garden room just beside the area they were in, reading through a book about the sealing power and Ganon. You had probably read through the volume fifty times by now.

"Father has never once told me to let myself relax," Zelda said, doing as Amirah told her while they sat together on the floor. "Will meditating awaken my powers?"

"It's not going to be the main reason, no, but sometimes when you feel more relaxed, it will be easier to feel the power within yourself." Even though it wasn't for her, Amirah looked like she was enjoying the much needed meditation session as much as Zelda was. It had been a stressful few weeks for her. "Each daughter of hylia has a different story of awakening their powers. Some felt the strength of their power at a spring, and had a peaceful awakening. Others awakened their powers during battle, perhaps to rescue themselves. Or even someone else."

"How did you awaken yours?"

"When I was just a bit younger than you, my mother had tried many ways to help me awaken my powers. It wasn't until she pretended to be a member of the Yiga Clan so she could threaten your aunt that I finally awakened my powers to rescue her." She chuckled softly, and Zelda smiled in knowing that her mother struggled too. She felt less alone.

"_____," You heard Rhoam's voice at the entrance of the garden, and you glanced over to see him walking towards you. "They're still meditating, I see."

"I think both of them are enjoying the break." You scooted over so the king could sit beside you, and you went back to reading your book while he looked out at Amirah and Zelda while they continued to talk and share stories. "How have you been holding up?"

"Better now, I suppose." He sighed, but you could tell he really wasn't. "I'm glad that Zelda is able to learn from her mother. I've been thinking about things today, and I realized Revali is right. I've always been too hard on Zelda."

"Wait, did Revali tell you off?" You asked, and he huffed and nodded. "I'm glad he finally aimed that mouth of his at someone else for a change." You snickered. But then you paused. "Wait, I've been telling you that for years, but you only realize it after he tells you?"

"Revali has never stood up to me like that. I think hearing it from someone else made me think more about it." He shrugged, and you shook your head and sighed. "Besides, you and I have had our separate issues, and sometimes I just thought you didn't like me very much."

"How am I supposed to like you when you'd take advice from Revali before you'd take it from me?" You asked, and you both quietly chuckled to this. You went back to reading, and he looked back out to the outside garden where the two women were still meditating.

"You're doing good, Zelda. I have no doubt you'll awaken your powers and seal Ganon away, just as your ancestors have done before you." Amirah gave the girl a reassuring smile, and Zelda returned it softly as she copied her mother's movements. "I like to think that us 'late-bloomers' are truly the strongest. Because we carry the qualities that require us to be strong."

"Like what?" Zelda asked as she kneeled alongside Amirah, watching the slow movements she made to remain stable.

"Like patience. We wait so many years to finally learn the ability we're destined to carry from the moment we're born. We endure through vigorous routines and rituals. We're resilient enough to bounce back after failure and disappointment." She brought herself back to standing and took a deep breath. "And once we finally do awaken our sacred power, we do everything we can to master them and be the best we can."
